Was surprised at how fast the staff were at getting my order out. The donuts were quite good. The restrooms could definitely use some work, but aside from that this was a very pleasant and fast expirence. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I had my order delivered. Delivery was quick and driver left my order where he was supposed to. The food was awesome as usual.

Ordered half a dozen donuts, 5 original Kreme filled and 1 strawberry iced with sprinkles.we received 5 original (not filled) and a chocolate iced with sprinkles. Took them back to get a refund and the drive thru worked tried to argue with me and say the donuts are Kreme filled like I didn’t already take a bite and showed here the were clearly not filled and we got a chocolate instead of strawberry. The worker’s response was, “ I don’t touch the donuts. ” Smh

Bought 2 dozen donuts. Normally would've gone to HEB but didnt want to go inside with a bunch of kids. The random assortment dozen that I ordered were old. I came in at 730 on a weekend morning so I definitely thought they'd be fresh. Some were chewy and a couple (the powdered ones) were dried out and tough all like they were made yesterday. Really gross. The dozen that I picked out were certainly fresher but not the quality I remembered growing up with the Krispy down the street. Not hot. Not fresh. For $24 I wouldve expected a lot better quality.

Check your receipt! You will be charged a different price than listed! I ordered 2 americanos (med), original donut, and an apple fritter. I noticed that the price that rang up for the drinks was different than on the menu (11% increase).

I pointed out the difference but the cashier gave me an indifferent shrug and simply explained that corporate had taken over and had increased all the prices (but had not changed the menus). Rather than trying to fix the issue (like a small discount to match the price) I was only asked if I still wanted them anymore.

Really annoyed and disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of effort to fix the issue for a customer. Next time will not be going to this “corporate” Krispy Kreme, nor any other KK in the near future. Hello DK and Shipley!

Dude, like 30 seconds at the drive thru for fresh and sweet donuts.

5 isn't enough for life's simple pleasures

Absolutely nothing special a out this location. I stopped in just because the Hot Now light was on. Normally, Krispy Kreme will give us a free HOT NOW donut right off the belt, instead we got donuts that were made a while ago and NOT hot. This visit was a little disappointing.

Went in about 6: 30 pm and the girl working asked if she could help me.i told her i wanted a dozen regular glazed doughnuts.she replied by saying they didnt have any nor were they going to make anymore. She then said whatever is in the case is what we have. So of course i chose from the case. The doughnuts didnt taste fresh. There wasnt a big selection as most of the doughnuts were sold out.i wish they would have put a sign up somewhere in the store saying either the machine was broken or they were closing soon thats why they weren't making anymore doughnuts. So disappointed with the San Marcos Texas store. Website said they closed at 11pm.

Yumm! The bees like this place as much as I do. *** Bee (lol) careful when entering. There were bees all over the front entrance. But that’s how every Krispy Kreme I’ve been to is!

Of course the donuts are amazing but on top of that the service was great as well greeted right when we walked in and offered sample glaze. And fast wifi also.

Hey these are Krispy Kreme doughnuts - how can they not be great? ! You know, the dougnuts you can probably eat a dozen of yourself before you even get home.buy 2 dozen and hide the evidence of the dozen you ate. Nice to know that they have some new breakfast items eg kolaches and egg items.
Service by the people behind the counter was especially good - do ya think that the smiles customers always have can have something to do with it?

Who doesn't like getting a fresh, warm donut while you wait in line to place your order? ! They don't make all of their donuts fresh there in that store.some are brought in each day from Austin.but they're good! I recommend the blueberry glazed and chocolate eclair!

Big fan typically of this place, but first time at this location. Showed up with a gift card from Christmas with $15 on it. Went through the drive through, with a total a hair over $18. Gave a $10 bil ln with the card, only to be given the card back with credit still on it, and used my whole $10. Pretty simple thing to fix I thought (use all the gift card, then charge the difference in cash.) Took 3 people, and almost 20 minutes to figure out. Coffee was cold, doughnuts too. Maybe a off day for them, but not the level of service, quality I'd expect. I've been to the location in S. Austin before, and felt like Charlie in the Chocolate factory as the fresh little fried bundles of goodness made their way through the assembly line! I'll stick to that location here on out.
