Krispy Kreme, College Station TX

The donuts are excellent as always but the service was beyond great. Bhakta was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back when in CS.

RUDE! I placed a order on the Krispy Kreme app and was gripped at for doing so and going through the drive through. Was also accused of being DoorDash like it should matter. A customer is a customer. Won’t be returning.

The food was amazing and the customer service was great. I love their coffee it's a must try! 10/10 experience

Donuts were Great but, the girl with pink hair in the drive thru needs to go! And seriously needs work on her attitude.she was yelling at the other workers and customers, hope shes not a manager

Waited for 10 minutes only to find out it would be another 15 minutes before any donuts would be ready. I'm late for work without donuts

Just spent $12 there and immediately threw away $12 worth of donuts and coffee. Old dry donuts, and coffee was undrinkable. Do not waste your money there.

How do you run out of glazed and chocolate glazed donuts at 8: 30 on Sunday morning? !? Are those not your primary product? Do you not know how to PLAN for demand?

Worse customer service ever! You don’t like your job, then find a different one. I gave you 1 star because I had to in order to post this.

I bought a dozen glazed thinking I was about to have a delicious treat you would expect from Krispy Kreme. What I got was the worst doughnuts I’ve ever eaten. Drove straight to Shipley for quality dozen.

Not many options to choose from. I got there when they just opened. It should of been lots of options of donuts to choose from. People werent too friendly. The donuts I did get were good.

Have had multiple good interactions with this location, but this week 8 have tried to get donuts 3 times. Once at 6am cars and workers there. Didn't answer phone, door, or drive thru. Then tried later that morning same deal.my s/o tried and they literally had glazed and chocolate. No specialty donuts.bare bones. Rude employee.
I have placed an online order and it was all good then was cancelled after I received a text saying that it was all good to be delivered. Tried to call now 10 times. No answer. Idk what the deal is, but I'm never willingly going to this place again after they get my order or refund from this morning. Would give zero stars. Bring back that nice manager who was good at her job.

Not that big of a selection. About 10 different types of doughnuts. Attitudes could of been better.

Absolutely the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. Whoever the lady that works the drive thru is so rude. By looking at all the past reviews this location would do themselves a huge favor by getting rid of the drive through woman. She’s horrible. I’ve tried to give this location many chances and every time it’s the same woman yelling at customers not to come back.

Horrible customer service. Everything seemed to be broken there. We will not return there. So far the only good Krispy Kreme is in Austin.

They are actually not open at 6 a.m. As posted on the door:/ people were waiting in the drive through, so I knocked on the window and drove around several times at 6: 12 a.m. Finally someone opened the door and said they couldn’t sell donuts. Things happen and that’s understandable, but it would be considerate to at least post a sign at the drive through window so people would not sit there waiting.

Poor quality unhygienic donut. I bought assorted 6 from this shop with cream filling and raspberry filling. They put hardly any cream inside. Then when my son was eating one donut, he bit on something funny and got a piece of cardboard in the donut. No more donut from this Krispy cream shop. They should improve the quality and make sure to maintain the hygiene of the donut.

Go inside and get wonderful, personable, and attentive service from Bobby behind the counter! First time I've gotten to eat one of their glazed donuts plucked fresh and hot off the conveyor! Amazing!
