During my visit, they did not have any original glazed doughnuts, and it was hours until closing time. Was simply told they were out - not that there was a wait for any. Will day the chocolate glazed I ordered instead were good.

Like many others here, I would have left 0 stars if I could. Personally, this review is not about the donuts themselves (i’m sure they’re great, if I ever got them), but about the staff. Today is my birthday, and knowing about the dozen deal, I decided to get them for me and my family; i’ve never had Kripsy Kreme before, so I was excited! I even ordered the frozen coffees and was so excited to try! Upon getting up to the order box, the girl who took my order was helpful; I told her it was my birthday, and i’ve never been there, and she got my order all set. Once I got to the window, she scanned my app, and I assume it didn’t reflect the birthday deal, as she closed the window and went to get the manager. Here is where it went sour: Apparently, I didn’t know that I have to wait to get the deal in my email, even if my birthday is that day. I will take accountability for that mistake, but since I haven’t been there before, I genuinely was not aware. The manager (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was SO rude about it. She slammed open the window and loudly asked if I got an email, to which I said no, and she matter-of-factly told me I couldn’t get them until tomorrow morning, or whenever the email showed up. I apologized, and thought that perhaps it just be a “right now recovery” situation, since it was the day of my birthday (as reflected in the app), but she just stared at me with the most condescending look until I ultimately left with nothing. From someone who works in food service as well (starbucks, so I get a lot of birthday rewards questions too) this interaction was WAY out of line, and not a good way to bring back first time customers. You would think the flowers and giant birthday balloon in my front seat would be enough for them to be kind and say, “oh no worries, but just for future reference…, ” but no, they sent me off in a worse mood than when I got there, and with no Kripy Kreme. At least the Donut House down the street were kind, and wished me a “happy birthday” - free donuts or not.

Drove 30 minutes only for them to be out of original glazed donuts. At 1: 00 in the afternoon.

Do yourself a favor and just buy the prepackaged Krispy Kreme from a grocery store.

Worse one I've ever been to. The donut was not light and airy, the glaze tasted like old powdered sugar. The employees must've been new because only one greated us and the other two stood there. Teamwork would have helped. Good thing we frequent Krispy Kreme on our travels and know what they should be like. This would made us never want to try again.

If you like the glazed doughnuts, skip the mini ones. They are not the same, and they were so kind to replace mine with regular ones when I made that mistake. Very nice people.

It just so happened that my birthday fell on national donut day. I got the best fresh donuts and sent to my job to share with others.

The female employee with curly hair had a terrible attitude and was being short and disrespectful with us. The manager was also extremely unprofessional and clearly didn't care.

The location didn't have what we ordered available so we asked for a price adjustment since what we ordered was more expensive than the normal dozen. The manager Matthew, I think was his name, whoever was working on 06/02/2023 at around 9pm at this location, acted like we were being ridiculous for asking for a partial refund for not getting what we ordered and he didn't take any of our information initially when supposedly making an adjustment. He went to the back and made us wait an additional 5-10 minutes before he came back out to ask for the order name. He then had to come back out a second time to get the order number.

This whole time the employee was being terribly combative and called us dumb and yelled at us, and we decided we just wanted a full refund.

When we talked to the manager Matthew, he didn't care either that his employee had acted this way and had a very flippant attitude. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. The staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. Sadly, the most polite person there was the teenager working there who was saying what the manager honestly should have and we would've accepted as an apology for the other employee's attitude.

Came here on national donut day with a preorder because they had a bogo sale for $2 dozen. I pull up and they say they don’t have any plain glazed donuts and have issued a refund. They are plain lazy, how are you not going to be ready on the most important day of the year for selling donuts. Also I haven’t recurved my refund

Have been here multiple times with friends and family. Also placed multiple catering orders. Timely response, great donuts and awesome customer service.

Apparently the guy working there needs to learn how to count. Ordered and paid for 3 donuts and got only 2 in the bag, by the time I saw it - I was a bit far to turn around.

My latte was only steamed milk, at first, due to a machine malfunction, but they had no problem fixing me a new one, and they were super friendly. It was busy, and I still got great service.

Drove thru the Drive Dru and who ever was on the speaker was rude and rushing me to order. The donuts were hard not fresh. My coffe was cold not even hot. Not coming back to this place.

I feel like they gave me an older box of donuts because I had it for free for my birthday.

Nice clean store, great customer service, and the manager is awesome! Keep up the great work folks. I’ll definitely drive across town to come see y’all!

This is my third time coming to this location and being disappointed. I will not be returning. As a family we like to come when the light is on to receive HOT donuts. Twice cold old donuts and one time the location closed early with a letter on the window. Very poor business practices

Krispy Kreme's new Oreo & Chips Ahoy Cookie Blast is like the Turducken of doughnuts. To start with, there's a chewy Chips Ahoy cookie stuffed inside. And it's been filled with Krispy Kreme's normal cookies & cream filling and Oreo cookies & cream filling. Plus the top of the doughnut is iced with cookie dough icing and covered in both Oreo and Chips Ahoy cookie pieces. And, if that's not enough, there's a mini Oreo and a mini Chips Ahoy cookie perched on a mound of Oreos cookie and cream. With all of those ingredients, I was afraid the flavor profile would be overwhelming, but it wasn't. In fact, I found it to be quite tasty.
