21 Kristen is a Godsent! She took care of my listing as if it's a million-dollar listing. I was a skeptic of 72SOLD after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad she reached out after I texted her that I changed my mind. She took time to explain 72SOLD process to my family. It sounds great and the contract is a short as you want it to be. If it didn't work out, I thought I still had time to switch brokers.
Kristen represented me at every showing to tell prospective buyers about my property the way I presented to her while she dilligently took notes. Before Kristen, every agent I spoke to was skeptical about the list price I wanted, but she took it and ran with it. After I finished cleaning the property, she came and thoroughly ran through every single detail. She pointed out the shortcomings to me, but she took care of them. She creatively took the bottles I left behind in a hurry and arranged them in the glass cabinet to create an inviting look. What floored me was that she wasn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and cleared away some spider webs I missed around the toilet.
