Dr. Marcum is amazing, I wouldn’t trade her for any other doctor. She listens to your needs and addresses them. She fixed my nose, I haven’t been able to breathe through my nose since I was a child and here I am at age 29 with a crystal clear nose. I am so happy I chose her to be my doctor.

Dr. Marcum is a very effective doctor. She is always responsive to the needs of her patients, and will put in extra effort when those needs become more complicated. This time, she effectively guided me through the process of having my hearing tested and purchasing a hearing aid.

Dr Marcum has a great bedside manner, keen mind and thorough assessment practice. She saw immediately that I clenched my jaw amd related it to a lot of ear/neck pain I was having and gave multiple treatment options. She also counseled me on some hearing loss i have and performed my tonsillectomy for chronic tonsil stones/tonsillitis. She gave me multiple medicine options post tonsillectomy to manage symptoms that have really helped and made the process easier than expected. I highly recommend her as ENT.

I had an exceptionally nice visit with Dr. Kristin Marcum on my first visit to her office. She listened to my concerns as I had had ongoing problems with my sinuses/sinus headaches. I found her to be knowledgeable, warm, and pleasant to talk with. The nurses and staff were also congenial and accommodating. I couldn’t have been happier with my initial visit! I finally found an ENT I am happy with!
