Kroger, Friendswood TX

Was here (Friendswood on 528 location) to pick up my Click List order, I realized after pulling into my spot that I had a flat tire. I had already contacted my roadside assistance by the time my order came to my car. The young man (i really wish I would have gotten his name!) who delivered my order noticed my tire, made sure I had help on the way, and even offered to get me a bottle of water while I waited. Very impressed with his concern for my well-being! Kroger should be proud to have such a caring employee, willing to go above and beyond if needed!

I never had an issue with this krogers. Always clean and organized, with good customer service. My issue now comes with how the management handled my experience. There was an loose metal outlet on a pole at the height of my elbow. The corners were very sharp and as i turned the corner it cut me pretty bad. I told the manager, he inspected my cut, the loose outlet, and did nothing. Not even an apology. I don't expect anything except an apology and an effort to help clean the cut i have from the faulty equipment. He did nothing. Very disappointed. Suspect management.

Always friendly service. My experience was excellent, I was able to get a shopping cart at a reasonable price. Thanks and I have my nice shopping cart to continue shopping.

As far as only curbside goes, Been waiting almost a hour for something that was ordered two days ago, I Love this store and their selection but their curbside service leaves much to be desired

Very disappointed to see multiple employees not wearing masks at all and many others not covering their noses. Not going back until they address this issue.

Very modern and clean supermarket. The staff are helpful and friendly. The products are of quality, decently priced and unique selections. I love shopping at this place.

Rude staff. I had a limp and a baby in a stroller they didn’t bother to block the aisle off that they were working on with tons of customers in the store so I didn’t know they didn’t want people down the aisle so they started yelling at me and my child because we were in the aisle. Won’t be back to this Kroger ever again. Walmart is cheaper and so is the gas at Sams. This Kroger isn’t worth their prices at all plus they don’t even have half of the groceries I buy. Not worth it!

Love this Kroger! Wish I was still staying in Friendswood. My hometown Kroger is not as nice as this store. Set up or people wise! These folks really show they care about their customers! Love this store!

This is my go to market, well stocked everything.they have excellent customer services and decent prices. Great shopping experience.

I've been going to Kroger's for at least 30 years and I have put off contacting corporate or say anything about this to higher-ups until now. Anytime I go into Kroger and it could be 25 minutes till they close they Hound you every couple minutes telling you to hurry up. I just had to say something because I felt treated like a dog by the staff and by Carlos the manager. Even have video and will be contacting corporate when they open in the morning. I have zero issues with them telling me they're about to close but it's all about how you talk to someone. I firmly believe in treating others how you want to be treated. I just got to thinking that if they talk to me like this I'm sure they talk to everyone else the same way.

Kroger's is a place to get great steaks.no one does steaks better than yourself.the only thing missing is a Kroger steak.

I ordered a last minute birthday cake with a barnyard theme drawn flat since it’s easier and takes less time. Picked the cake up today around 1pm and it’s super cute. The cake decorator (who’s name escapes me right now) did an amazing job and even did 3D animals instead of a flat drawing. Amazing cake!

Kroger needs to work on their delivery addresses being zoned to the nearest kroger! Why would my order come from El Camino even 528 Kroger is literally 1 block away.makes no sense!

We went in around 9pm or so and another family came walking in with their dog. No leash, no carrier, and no- not a support dog. Just a random chihuahua walking around the store. I'm leaving the review because not only was it not stopped, all of the staff loitering around the self check outs were talking to them about how cute the dog was. I'm no dog hater but a grocery store is not the place to let your dog roam free. It is inappropriate and unsanitary. I'm willing to bet it wouldn't have happened during normal hours, if so, the health department should be notified.

My little girl wanted a sticker that they usually give away. We were in line checking out and my mother asked if she could have a sticker three times. The man ignored her and never answered. He just ignored the question. She did not get a sticker. That is rude service especially when it's just over a sticker. Cashiers need to be friendly or respectful. They should at least answer a question. This cashier never spoke to us period.

I stopped in to renew my license plates. It's a Wonderful service them having that. Sure beats standing in line at the motor vehicles place.

Store was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Opens early which is convenient.but when I arrived the parking lot was pitch-black no security lights nothing and it was difficult to navigate the parking lot and also kind of scary because there was no lighting.

This is my favorite Kroger, I've been shopping here over 10 yrs and getting gas at the Kroger gas station with my gas points. Love it!

Found everything i needed. Everyone was nice. There wasnt a long wait in line either at register.

This store used to be a 5 rated store. But when the old manager Tom left the store customer service went down hill, and they run out of things all the time. They run out of milk, eggs, and things that they have on sale. The stop selling things we like. Like twice baked potatoes. This store has lost customers due to the managers not being more customer friendly. I hope this turns around soon, my wife has already started going to H. E. B, when we used to be strickly KROGER customer's.
