Grocery Store Kroger reviews
26I love Kroger products, but this store just isn't the same since the remodel a couple of years ago. The aisles are tiny. 2 baskets can barely fit. The polished concrete floors always look nasty. The other near by Krogers are much nicer and worth the drive.
I love my Kroger on Hwy 26 in North Richland Hills
The pharmacist is synching my scripts so that I don't have to go there so often. My husband and I were going to the Mideast this past spring. The pharmacist gave us the vaccines we needed for the trip. I get many of my routine vaccinations there each year. Last w eek, the woman who posted my grocery items did it with a smile and at great speed. Then I filled my gas tank and saved ten cents per gallon.
Keep up the good work, Kroger. You get an A+ in my grade book!
Most horrible deli experience ever. This was a sandwich made in house, not the Boarhead brand. Sandwich was full of sand from unwashed lettuce by a lazy or untrained employee who doesn't care about the company he/she works for or their clientele. Even after pulling out the lettuce I saw the sand was embedded into the cheese it was next to. I had to throw the whole thing away and I don't have time to go back and haggle over a $4.00 refund. Sad that they serve this kind of substandard trash to Hurst's citizens.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean store. Its the go to place for most of our grocery needs. They have great deals on meats pretty regularly.
Frequent issues with keeping sale items stocked; assistant manager lady is unnecessarily loud and tries WAY too hard to be your friend. We do our best to avoid her. Other store employees never interact and are always looking down.
While visiting my sister in North Richland Hills we went to Kroger's to pick up a few items for dinner and I came across an awesome deal on a brisket for only $22.00. The staff were friendly and the store was clean inside and outside. The produce section had an excellent variety of fruits and vegetables.
Again, went for an item shown to be in stock and nothing. Their website frequently shows a product (at ALL Kroger's), but they don't have it. Self check out is also not great. Very slow system.
Mostly same as usual but today seafood entire area very stinky.it was like mark Twain said.after 3 days.
This is an older kroger. It is very clean and well organized. I never have to wait in line. I would much rather shop here then have to fight through crowded aisles and longer checkout lines at a newer store. The employees here have been at this location for some time and they appreciate their jobs. The Customer service experience is much better at this Location.
Got everything I needed. Helpful staff. All smiles at the registers. Not to mention the awards program and gas points.
This is the rudest Kroger ever. They treat you with no respect will should I say she treated me very badly. Will be calling corporate
Tatum helped me get the right cake and candles and a chocolate pie Everyone at our get together loved. Another good experience at this store!
This is a huge and fantastic supermarket, with a deli to dine, and also shop for groceries. The prices here are extremely affordable. Will be my go-to forever!
Kroger is always on point. This location is very clean, brightly lit, and all the registers are opened.
Love the familiarity of the place. Small town feel. Friendly staff. Good prices. Close to home. And now they even do your shopping for you. That's like getting six birds stoned at one time.
Excellent sales, excellent customer service. I love shopping at this store. Great fresh food at reasonable prices.
The place is kind of clustered. Packed way too tight, you kinda feel closterphobic in this location. I didnt find a lot of what I went in there for, leaving me to HAVE to go to another store but I kinda expected that. I was told to write a list of what I wanted at the deli because lack of communication had the only girl apparently working the deli counter having to scramble to put together a bulk order in 20 minutes. Then.the lady working the register was downright rude to the customer in front of me. Refused to let him look in his bag at the price, refused to cancel his order and refund him cause she would have to go to the counter. And while checking me out, had the audacity to tell me I was making her crazy cause the packaged label was crooked and not reading it and I didnt know the price all while demeaning the bag clerk. I was stressed out after leaving this place. This location is heavily shopped by the senior community and I sure feel sorry for them.
Clean, well stocked, huge store with loads of items to buy. Hard to say anything negative about this store.
Really great kroger, always clean well laid out and parking is never packed.
Live close by and go here for grocerys, they always have good deals but the store is never dirty.never see bugs or rotten food.their meat department is cool because they will put steaks and stuff on sale from time to time. Never feel rushed while shopping and their staff never seem upset when i come in line with a full cart of grocerys. Some other places the staff get upset and rude when you have a lot of items to check out.
Great place.my preferred shopping place for food.
Friendliest employees at a grocery store ever, great selection and not bad prices, love that the Kroger plus shoppers card helps save you money!
