Kroger, Spring TX

Produce dept doesn’t have a scale? If they do it’s hidden well. If you sell items by the pound there should be a scale

They all have everything I needed at a very affordable price. I actually feel lucky to have this nice store so convenient

A very nice place to shop. The only reason why I subtract a star is because they usually are stocking and most of the employees stocking will not move so you can get by or grab the product I want to purchase. Management should really address this situation. Moist of the time an employee is on their phone. I feel this is a no no.

Waited for customer service to open at 8 as scheduled, employee is contacted when she is not at counter at 8, she tells store will be another 30 min, never seen where a client has to wait at a grocery store for the customer service counter because employee is not there to open on time!

Great place to shop. They seem to re-stock their aisles incredibly fast, have a wide selection, and maintain a very clean store. This is a classic Kroger setup - in fact, in my mind it seems bigger than other Kroger’s. You’ll enjoy getting your groceries here with wide selection and low prices.

Customer service desk closed at 3pm with no explanation. Rude employee just kept telling closed. Website says close a 6pm

Normally, I have no complaints about this store but the way management handled my friend today was very disrespectful. Nye has not asked for money on their premises, although I know a few people who do daily. He's not the one your after, but Ms. Monica you will get what's coming of the way you handled the situation. I insist if you have the option to shop elsewhere

Signage is horrible. Customer service rep Monica has a horrible attitude and feels disrespecting customers is appropriate.

This supermarkets has great prices. Organic produce, bulk products, nice general product selection, and a variety of other items. Their prices are low.

Wife brought Ozarka manufacturer voucher to this Kroger store to try Ozarka promotional product along with shopping list. At self checkout, 'the supervisor' James told us the coupon looks suspicious and illegitimate.
Unbelievable.how dare him accused us using fake coupon when this voucher was sent directly from manufacturer! Feel like criminal to shop here and definitely would never set foot in this store again.

So today I went to pick up a few things from Kroger's and when I went to check out, I was going to take out a few dollars for lottery. When I put my card in, I found out that now Kroger's (as if they didn't charge enough for everything else) has decided they need to charge an extra $0.50 cents for me to take out cash!   On top of the charge, when I asked the cashier when they started this fee, she stated they had been charging it for a week, but there was no notice posted anywhere.   I had also taken out money from this same store yesterday and did not get charged a fee.   When I told that to her, she simply said you should check your receipt!   Great customer service - NOT!   I guess this is the motivation I need to switch my business to HEB! They have better fruit and veggies anyway!

Spent $9.00 on two soups 1 was Clam chowder the other was Chicken Soup.both were DISGUSTING.the Chowder was watery and had a dirty un washed taste.the Chicken soup was OVER seasoned with Rosemary, Sage or Something.way too much herbal something.could not get past 2 bites.never buying your soups again

The German Food section is non existent now and Basic products that have been staples, have been replaced with Kroger or generic brands. Will only stop in if I need something quick and close. Sad after 10 years as a customer. Staff is still awesome.

I always have a good experience at Kroger. Now this time at check out it gave me a little problem. But it was all taken care of by the attendant.

The check out line was long, more then 10 people waiting to check out. The store close at 1am I was in the store around 10pm only lines open was self check out no other register was open. However the employee Kenslee was working hard and assisting the self check out line and helping the customers. The line was moving pretty fast. I didn't wait no more then 5 mins or less. Great job Kenslee for taking care of the customers and having a positive attitude.

I love this store, but most employees -not all of them- don't have a clue to work as a customer service. It's very sad how the younges, with no experience can ruin your day when you go to that store.

I usually don't post reviews, in fact this is my first one ever. I am just very upset with the way that my husband and I were treated during our recent shopping trip here, today at around 3: 30 p.m. My husband approached what seemed to be the STORE MANAGER on duty to ask a question about transferring to this location, as it is much closer to our house. So, POLITELY he asked what full time positions they had available. Before my husband could finish his
question/sentence, the STORE MANAGER scolded him for even asking, yelling at him that everyone starts out at part-time (keep in mind my husband has been with the company for 12 years) and then walked away to ignore us, not giving him the time of day. I told him that it's not worth it, especially if he has to work under him. I pray for anyone who has to work under him.

Wide variety of everything here. Stopped in for rotisserie chicken for lunch. So many choices! They also have a nice variety of sushi! Will be returning for one of awesome cupcakes or pretzels in the donut case.

Lack of communication.i called in prescription at 1: 30pm and was told it was ready. Rols them I would be there before they close. Arrived at 4: 50 Get to be told the rz was put back on stock. So sad that I was delayed

No cashiers. Long lines even in self checkout. Customers should be more important than labor cost.
