MORE THEN A YEAR OLD EXPIRED FOOD SOLD ON THE SHELVES. I was sick with food poisoning for 5 days. Come on Kroger seriously

I came to pick up medicine at about 5: 30 today. There were multiple medicines ready, however it was very important that my mothers inhaler was done. I confirmed with the woman at the pharmacy that the generic symbacourt was indeed with the medicines. She confirmed with me it was. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I understand accidents happen, so after I got home and realized it wasn’t there, I came back to the store. I know the pharmacy doesn’t close at 5: 45. When I came back, the pharmacy was closed. It’s very inconvenient because this is a medicine my mother needs. She struggles with breathing with out it. What a shame.

I normally do not rate grocery stores and I do the bulk of my grocery shopping at HEB that is farther from my home. However, I do try to give this Kroger some business as it is a very nice store. Today they almost got 2 stars. I wanted poultry cut in a certain way. However, the guy at the meat counter told me that they only cut red meat. This is a main stream grocery store with a major meat dept. I said ok, but did not accept that answer. I asked one of the store managers, Ray, who said he use to work back there. He said that it could be done and showed a nice young man how to do it. The meat dept.manager came out and looked but did not apologize. Thank You Ray for leading from the Top!

Absolutely one of the best grocery stores I’ve ever been to and so glad it’s in my neighborhood. Always well stocked, friendly service, everything we need including organic items.

Shop here 90% of the time. Always has what we need, good prices, and lot of choices. I do like the gas rewards. I can normally get up to 30 cents off a gallon. Always clean and well stocked.

I LOVE HOW THEY HAVE INTERNS FROM THE NEARBY SCHOOL, TOMPKINS! I also love the area! THE HOLY CHEAP KROGER REWARD GAS PRICES! LOVE IT!

The lady asked to see my id for alka-seltzer tablets and proceeded to tell me they have alcohol in them which they clearly do not. I am 27 years old and she almost refused to sell them to me because I didn't have an id on me. Seriously? !

Glad to find such a huge and clean Kroger so close to where I live. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite place to grocery shop.however, we switched to H-E-B (which is way farther that this Kroger) basically because it seems that it doesn’t matter what time you go, they only have like one cashier available and the rest is self checkout.pretty inconvenient if you have a full cart. Also, they close all the doors very early, and only leave one open to come and go.so if you’re going for something specific in the pharmacy, you’d need to go all the way to the other side for that.

Sidney the cashier and Donna the front end customer service manager were great with assisting me with an issue I had. Great service on their part!

I was at the Starbucks in this Kroger this morning like I am every morning. A Kroger employee named Connie came up to the Starbucks employee in front of customers and said “Hey are you opening that side door? Imma catch you next time you quit doing that. I’m gonna tell the manager”. The door she is talking about says open from 6am-9pm daily. This happened at 6: 50am. She looked extremely pleased at the fact she had completely embarrassed the Starbucks employee and even tried to engage in conversation with one of the customers about how the Starbucks employee was an idiot for opening that door. So many things wrong with this situation but I hope Connie is punished for her actions towards this employee. Accusing her of being in the wrong when she was not and threatening her, all in front of customers.

All the employees are really great and very helpful. Never had an issue with anything here. They really care about customer service and it shows

Kroger has been a mainstay for me ever since I moved to Texas. The store is always well stocked and clean. Their customer service is on point. The parking is great. The aisles are nice and wide. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kroger.

This is a smaller sized Kroger than others in the vecinity. It is well stocked and clean. Customer service is ok. Very young general managers and some times it shows a lack of experience. Similarly the young staff stocking are not familiar with the organization of products in the store. Good bakery, good selection of beers (not so much on wines). It has a Starbucks within as usual. Overall, this is a good supermarket of this chain.

Excellent ambience. Store lay out very convenient with visible signposts. Staff very cheerful and helpful.
Good show.

Very friendly staff and good service. Good quality produce. I love the variety here which you can not find in any nearby store from my home.
