17Clean overall (can't speak to deli area or bakery quality), but it's becoming a headache to even shop here. This is not a one-stop-shop type of store. Often times it is missing basic things like almond milk, oatmeal, lactose free milk, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, chicken and a variety of other items regardless what time or day you go. If the product is there, it's underfilled (like the strawberry carton I saw the other day) or about to go bad. Carts and hand baskets are always low too.
Only ever about half stocked with the items I want to buy, and many of those are frequently past expiration date, frequently by months
Why is this friendly meat department employee outside with his coat (white) and apron on? There are times when you need to take off your apron for sanitary reasons. Never wear it to the bathroom or outside the store. This is because bacteria can cling to your apron and transfer to the food (meat) potentially causing someone to get sick. Coaching is definitely needed or a refresher course.
ONLY giving three stars because the store manager is a sweetheart.
However, this bakery is a joke and the manager of the bakery Stacey is a terrible person. I put in an order for a cake on February 6 to be picked up today on February 12. I called to check on it and Stacey tried to say that I had the wrong Kroger when I said that I had the order number she was like oh, let me check the emails. Then she tried to tell me that someone in the bakery had it to be picked up tomorrow and it wasn’t ready. I told her it was eff’d up and she said well there’s nothing I can do about it. She said it was going to be 30 minutes and then hung up on me. She had a TERRIBLE attitude. I showed up thirty minutes later and she told me it was still going to be 15 minutes. I said that it was unacceptable and she had terrible customer service and I wanted to speak to the manager. She berated me and while I was talking to the manager she was glaring at me and then tried to cause a scene in the middle of the store saying she wasn’t going to go there with me and trying to talk a bunch of mess. She is very unprofessional and very rude. When you make a mistake you take accountability for it, you pushed back someone’s whole day because you didn’t do quality control and then decided to have an attitude about it. I’ve been in the customer service jobs, I know how it feels to make a mistake but you still take accountability and talk to people with respect. I hope she gets reprimanded for her actions she chose to take. This is the second chance we’ve given the bakery. They messed up our other sons cake last June but that manager was different and he was very nice and took accountability for his mistake. So we decided to give them another chance but Stacey is in the wrong profession with that attitude of hers.
Fairly busy except during the bookend hours. A little cramped owing to range of items because of the available floor space.
Enough staff at hand to assist with questions quickly. (Last thing I would want to do is question the floor plan) Despite the overhead signs, these (floor plan layout & size) have one plan for the aisles while the Signature stores have another. So never hesitate to ask quickly and your shopping experience will be better.
I been to this Krogers 3 or 4 times. The staff has been very nice all the times. Shelves are full. All in all I had a great shopping experience
Pathetic customer service. Been coming here forever and then forced to spend $20 additional in groceries just to get the 4-for soda deals I used to get without having to cough up extra money
The store Manager is very rude, disrespectful and has a very aggressive attitude, she should be fired and replaced ASAP, this unexceptionable for this location, she is very rude to her employees, She is the reason there are not many employees, This needs to go beyond Corporate office
This store is an embarrassment to Kroger. I have requested manager assistance regarding stocked products, help with opening checkout lines so I dont have to checkout $200+ worth of my famiy of 4, weeks worth groceries in self checkout. Both times a different guy younger than 23 tells me he cannot helpme. I will go to a grocery store with managers who understand they can order products per special requests and they can run acheckout line.if that is truely the manager
Online, everything's available. In the store, nothings available. They need update their website. I've made several blank trips to store and it's frustrating
I find it disrespectful that Jo from click list had an affair with Darren from the butcher area. Knowingly destroyed his marriage and now possibly making his wife homeless. I am so upset that Kroger would allow this while employees should be working. This may also explain why no ones curb side pick up is ever ready on time.
Is there one single grocery cart in the entire stick that isn't completely janky? That's the sort of detail that speaks to lazy management and suggests other issues behind the scenes.
Otherwise the floor staff is always friendly and helpful.
Seafood closes at 7: 30, but says they close at 8. You can't get fresh seafood at 7: 45 because they've already put everything up and the guy is too lazy to do his job in the hours that he is scheduled.
NEVER place an order to pick up from here unless you're expecting to pick it up after the window YOU selected. They NEVER have their orders ready on time.
I go to Kroger to buy boar head lunch meats from the deli. But the deli cleanliness is Horrifying! I don't think the slicers are cleaned at all. I will not buy from here to afraid of food Poisoning

I have been coming to this location for about 4 years! Recently I’ve had issues! They have a (Karen) who wants to be water detective and female customer service associate that is extremely rude! My last visit was just horrible is reason for this review! I’m fed up! I literally left my purchase and drove to the location off 78 in sachse. I should not have to go out of my way and drive further? ! Because management can’t take control over rude employees!? I literally work grave yards shifts came to go shopping after spending 10 hours on my feet to deal with rude associates! Unbelievable!
