Grocery Store Kroger reviews
14Going down hill fast. I went at 130pm on a Monday. I had to wait for some to finish checking out to get a cart. No carts at the front entrance and only one check out line open. Took me as long to shop as it did to check out with half a basket if groceries.
Called in to get confirmation about my bouquet of flowers and the young lady said yes. I got there and turns out that they're still not ready. Had to speak to the manager about this, not only was I lied to but I received terrible service. Next time I'm going to HEB
Everyone needs to check your recipe. Ever sense Michael the GM left this new guy leaves the special prices on the rack but you pay regular price. Every time I shop here they get several dollars more. It's time fore my to talk to this guys boss because he is a thief.
Not a livable wage at $10/h. This is a soulless company that doesn’t care about its workers whatsoever. They will squeeze all of your energy from you and the front end supervisor LaRonda was unbearable while I worked there. She didn’t believe me when I called in because I had a death in the family and interrogated me about it. Even though I’d worked there for a year and never called in. It’s a depressing gig but coworkers can be cool. I’d steer clear of working front end if possible.
I just left Kroger's and I am very disappointed and what just happened i. Seen the worker checking us out his name is Patrick bad enough we get look at because my husband Afro American black? Thats why I stop going to Walmart because they would only stop. Afo American? Now krogers its sad that color makes a difference the young lady knows me from there? I spend a lot of money at Kroger well thank you Patrick for doing a good job dont ever forget your. Color bad enough our kids get judge now I will no longer be shopping there oh by the way we didnt steal anything
Commenting to advance the review number from 666 to 667. Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, pray for us.
U guys have got u a tragically challenged new employee at the you scans station forreal, she's rude nd disgusting
The only grocery store “near us” without having to take a highway. The area is a food and grocery store desert. We come here when we don’t need to buy a lot of groceries or need a quick ingredient. Amazing that they have parmigiano reggiano so I don’t have to drive all the way to central market. Makes me sad when I remember how badly employees are treated with long hours and no benefits basically only getting paid minimum wage. A lot of the workers from from my neighborhood (of lower income) that cater to all the rich people from Twin Lakes and Lakes on Eldridge.
GREAT PLACE TO SHOP VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO SHOP THERE DAILY, WE'RE LIKE FAMILY
Walking up to the door at 10: 48pm, was greeted by a person locking the doors. Opened it just enough to say “Naw, we closing”. And then closed and locked the door and would not open it again to hear me explain that I needed one item and would be in and out in 2 mins.
I bought a large potatoes o stuff it. When I cut it it was all rotten from inside.i was posit because i had to plan something else for dinner i was not ready for.
When I took the product back next day, they refuse to accept it.i had to call the manager, but she also was rude and refuse to help me out.
I was shopping at that location for the last 25 years.this was never their reaction to simple problem.
Now i had to drive loner distance to shop at HEB
I went to buy strawberries (3 package) the label price was $1.99 they charged me $2.99 and when I back to my house and check the ad. The offer price for this week is $1.25. Hello
This kroger is not a honest place to buy nothing.
The store is a little cleaner than it used to be, but they always have things out of stock. They also seem like they are carrying less varieties of things. It used to be a "Signature" Store, now it's closer to a neighborhood store. There's definitely a transition ongoing, and it's not a good one. Check out the produce section, or the lackadaisical attitude of theeat department, who thinks their speciality is unpacking frozen meat and putting it on the shelves.
