Getting through the pharmacy line was quick and efficient this morning. My prescription wasn't ready yesterday so I had to come back today but no issues going through the line today. The weight was reasonable.

Jan 8th, Sunday 6: 58 PM The person working at the self-checkout was extremely rude, not to mention grumpy and irritable. The coupons won’t work no matter how I try to figure out myself just so I won’t have to bother her because she clearly is unhappy. She was on her phone the entire time and didn’t hide her annoyance when I called her for help.

There is a heavy set white guy who is the “manager” who is very racist.we had a problem with a propane exchange and my Spanish speaking dad was explaining to my mom what was going on so she can explain to this “manger” what occurred and he wants to say “you do know i don’t understand what you’re saying” like clearly we weren’t speaking to him yet so that comment was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.

Worst Kroger ever the two older ladies were the rudest workers I have ever met. I was not able to catch their names just from pure frustration I didn’t even care. I was at self check out scanning everything ready to pay when the lady kept on coming over to check my cart to see if everything was scan and to her surprise every time she asked me if something was scanned, I would show her in the screen that is sure, in fact, was scanned. She kept on moving my car around behind her, trying to keep it for me and it was very humiliating in front of everyone the whole issue. I called the manager a few moments after once I had walked out without my groceries. May I add I was so frustrated and humiliated that I just walked out without anything. The manager was no help at all. Once I called and told him everything that happened he just said okay we’ll look into it. Thanks.

The Kroger afe doesn't work it is junk had to wait for them to find some one to make it work started shopping here because no one at the Shiloh store they can't make it work I should pay 20 dollars more I came thier for digital coupons the mgr should take time to school his employees I love Kroger and don't want to shop elsewhere

Very difficult to shop with all the displays in the aisles. Prices are higher than expected too. Only 2 regular check out lanes were open. At least the cashier (Wyatt) was friendly.

I like this store. They have a huge variety of items. My problem is the checkout. I went in on a Saturday morning, and there was one cashier working, forcing most people to use the self checkout. I don't mind the self checkout, but I bring my own reusable bags, and they do not fit in the small bagging area. I refuse to use 20 plastic bags when I can use 3 of my own. If this store is going to continue to force people to self checkout, they need a larger area that makes it more convenient when you bag your own groceries, without the register constantly telling you "put your item in the bag".

Mostly has everything I need. Can be overpriced, but quality is generally higher than a Super Walmart or similar stores.

Produce can be hit or miss. I prefer Sprouts for produce, always.

Nice store with friendly employees. Lately though, it has been very hot inside the store. An employee told us corporate controls it and won't turn up the a/c and the employees are burning up too. Other area Krogers are not having this problem.

Employees are always nice and helpful. We generally really enjoy shopping here. However, we’ve purchased so much expired food / rotting food on accident. All their passage to India meals are very expired, and we mentioned it to two different staff members, and they still haven’t addressed it.

Got my third COVID shot from the pharmacy at this location. I know, stupid decision, but felt safe with the other shots to only have my entire left arm numb and in pain every single day after 4 months. Do not go to this pharmacy for your COVID shot.

Picked up an online order for the first time at this location. Elizabeth went above and beyond to find every single item I ordered. She had everything ready and responded immediately when I arrived. All my items were organized and packed up nicely. She was personable, friendly, and genuinely likes her job, at 8 in the morning no less. Thank you Elizabeth for making this morning much more pleasant than when it started.

I purchased shrimp from the seafood department today and when I opened them to cook them they smelled spoiled. My boyfriend tried returning the shrimp to the store (in the plastic wrap and butcher paper it was originally wrapped in) and was told no by a customer service associate named Ashley. I was on the phone with him when he asked if she could possibly look the receipt up by the register, she again replied no.
Blatantly just being rude and not offering any kind of resolution. I shop at Kroger multiple times throughout the week and when I had a prior issue (at the Kroger in Garland off Shiloh) with a roast being spoiled, I wasn’t interrogated about a receipt. This location should definitely learn how to be respectful and courteous to ALL of their customers! I know it’s not a coincidence that we were handled in this manner because I’ve dealt with the flat out racism in the store. There have been plenty of times I have been in the store and workers have cut me off with their equipment or boxes not saying a word. Not all of the time but sometimes and thats just shouldn’t happen at all when I noticed the same employee go further down the isle and apologize to someone else of a different race for doing the exact same thing he/she just did to me. It’s unacceptable! This location needs to work on their customer service! I had to give at least one star to even post this but they deserve less! It’s not the people of color responsibility to teach other people how to deal with us, if you treat everyone the same there would be no issue!

By far, worst Kroger in the area. Pharmacy is a joke. They place you on hold in excess of 30 minutes only to return and disconnect or never return to connect. They are rude and short. Yes, I realize there to be a staffing shortage but that doesn't excuse poor customer service, short tempered and rudeness. Changing pharmacy.

Better be checking your receipts. 7 out of the last 8 trips of $70 or more i've found NUMEROUS errors in price charged vs the posted price.last week it was $14.00 overcharge on a $90 ticket. 3LB 80/20 ground beef tubes have been an issue 3 times.in addition the lack of SALE items even on DAY 1 of a sale is frustrating too.if it's not in the warehouse pull the item from the flyers please.will it be a 3* next time?
