Kroger, Plano TX

Kroger, you could have 5 stars if you moved those pick up parking spots somewhere other than the very front of the store. People need to be able to dash in and out of the store. You have so many spots allocated for pick up orders that close up parking isn't possible most of the time for the quick stops.

UPDATE: I ASKED THE WORKER AT THE SELF CHECK OUT IF THEY DO OR SAY ANYTHING TO PEOPLE NOT WEARING MASKS AND HE SAID "not really".

I guess this Kroger just lets people keep shopping without a mask on.

Doesn’t sell cigarettes at 11pm at night, but sell alcohol. Don’t make any sense whatsoever. Store employee told me that they don’t sell cigarettes at this time of night. Kroger’s corporate team needs to be notified on this made up non logical rule. Was at the bar down the street and needed smokes and couldn’t get any.

This rating is not for the workers but for Kroger in general. Signs and intercoms state to wear a mask but they Do Not enforce it! I repeat, the workers have been told by corporate to let the customers not wearing mask go ahead and shop! I bet if i walked in with no shirt and shoes I would be asked to leave, so should be no different.

Something is goin on with this store. Really bad odor. Despite them trying to spruce it up with some remodeling here and there. The odor is really bad when walking in. I go cause it's in a great location.

I used to go to this place for years. Used to love it. They made a change internally and it's a mess. You can't find anything! No help. And very long lines.
Restrooms are complete disaster! Just disgusting!

Would have given a better grade but with 10 people in line and only self checkouts available, the wait time was too much. They called for cashier help, but none came.

VERY DISCRIMINATING! (against gay people)
I go up to the deli to ask where I can find other cheese (like block and shredded) besides the ones at the deli.and the employee there named Kelly, was VERY RUDE! I didn't know what to say or how to express it, but he said he doesnt talk to gay people. I was blown with surprise, and pain, wondering how someone can be so hateful.his face expression was just full of hate. I walked out of there right away! What has happened to this human race?: (

No shopping cart to take. No fresh produce of ginger root and beets. I like coit road kroger signature than this branch.

It is a very nice Kroger plus gas station. Every employee I've met there has been very friendly and helpful. If i had an issue, it's be the parking lot. It just always seems hectic. But it doesn't keep me away.

This is one of the best Krogers in the metro area. Well organized and very clean. The only problem is that there is ususlly no carts when you go on weekends which can be a serious issue depending on how much you are planning to buy.

Pretty good Kroger, overall nice store good prices. ONLY complaint The people at the prescription/pharmacy area could be a little nicer. Often rude to my family members because the type of meds they are prescribed. I just feel like that's wrong

Pulled chicken smells absolutely rank, sushi gave me diarrhea. Try to call any department and you'll be left ringing forever. Not happy with this level of customer service.

Clean. Well stocked. Friendly employees. Produce and meat departments the best. So is pharmacy.

Shop here all the time. Small store so easy to get in am out of. Use clicklist. Great people too

Cashier "Carla" was unfriendly and seemed bothered that she had to help me. Certainly not the type of person to represent your store

The clicklist makes sense in theory, but I've had issues where they brought the wrong product, or they told me something was out of stock so I went into the store and found the item right there on the shelf.

Love this Kroger’s.it’s clean and organized! I use this location most because of Click List! I order from my laptop or my phone, select a pickup time and call them when I get there. It’s easy and saves me so much time especially since I don’t have to take my 3 kids shopping with me! They pick fresh produce and meats which was my main concern with this online ordering but they haven’t disappointed me! When something is out of stock, they substitute it with a similar brand for the same price. They come out to my car and load it up for me. Everyone has been very kind! Great service, try it!

On Sunday night, it was poorly stocked. Many bare shelves. We couldn't find some basic items you'd expect any grocery store to have. Dirty floors. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been overcharged around $4.50 in fruits and I returned and received a refund. I tried click list once, but was charged for missing items. My advice is to pay close attention at the register (hard with a toddler) or just use self-checkout.
