Kroger, Houston TX

Their posted hours say they close at 12am but they actually close at 11: 45pm. If you're trying to get alcohol last minute, go somewhere else.

The girl manager with the grommets in her ears said they couldnt tenderize my woohoo flank steak. She said it since it was on its last leg they couldnt let new meat come in contact with old meat. That means they dont clean it.

It's a pretty good Kroger, and I like how they've arranged the store. I actually live right beside another Kroger, but I drive up Jones road and visit this one instead because it's substantially superior to mine. The product choices and prices are nice, they have a large inventory, and the parking lot is pretty easy to get around and find a spot. The staff seems overall friendly here, in my experience. I also like their deli selection compared to my Kroger, and they seem put more effort into serving samples and encouraging customers to try different products.

It can be a little difficult to get around sometimes when they're stocking shelves, but they have to keep things stocked up so it's understandable. I get tired of hearing employees gripe though. I was just getting milk recently and a couple of employees were stocking the dairy and talking about how they don't want their hours cut, those sorts of things. Customers shouldn't be aware of these sorts of things, so employees should be mindful about where they're complaining. At least it wasn't out in the aisle like they do at the other location.

Customer service/ money services extremely slow. Employees walking behind the back counter. No one greeting the customers. 3 people waiting in line at least 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to assist customers.

This store is always out of something that I need. Sometimes there are no carts in the cart dock at the front of the store. The items on fhe shelves are sometimes arranged messy.

Update: open hours arent the time to rope off half the store just to mop.

They keep remodeling, changing locations of products, and replacing things that you get used to purchasing. They are slowly forcing their customers to shop at a competitor that doesn't "remodel"every quarter.

Big place, friendly staff, I don't normally use Krogers, so the lay out of the store was new to me, but everything was easy to find!

I went to pick up crab legs in the box, but I had to take what was in the deli. And I came out cheaper. Good Job!

I am disabled and I was shopping. My electric cart ran down and I had a basket full of groceries. I asked one of the employees to please help me out and bring another cart. They got one within a minute and transferred all of my groceries into the new cart and helped me to the checkout and waited until I was done and helped me to my car. Exceptional service!

Terrible Kroger. Takes all the premium parking spots for their stupid Click program because employees too lazy to walk across the parking lot so they make their customers park far away to walk instead. No one uses that Click program so the premium spots sit empty 90% of the day.

This Kroger only hires one type of person as well. And it's not the hard working kind.

Too many HEB's around to shop at this ghetto Kroger.

I live like one minute from this store, and have been shopping here since moving to the area in 2010. I enjoy shopping here, making friends with the employees, and giving them something to smile and laugh about with my humor. And when I see Elizabeth smiling her pretty smile and exhibiting those sparkling eyes, it always gives me inspiration to come back.

The shopping is fine, less than the bigger Krogers. More reserved parking for moms and not enough for handicap parking

I will not be shopping at Krogers again. Today, (4/4/18) there were two men from the store selling coupons. I was made to feel dumb when I was asking the difference between the coupons they are selling for $20 and the free coupons online. Because of one nasty attitude from one sales man, I will be taking my business somewhere else like HEB. Where i'm not presented by a salesman at the front door after a long day at work.

I like the crew and if I can't find something I need.they always find it for me. They are very helpful with the checkout! An older woman with blond hair is very helpful when I use the personal checkout machines! I appreciate that and the Kroger saving card!

Won't be coming back. Had a good store experience until recently. Cashier was rude. Items on sale lost their discount at checkout. This happened to me and several other customers. Had to go to customer service to get my money back. Also got harassed by solicitors in the parking lot due to no security patrolling the parking lot.

I went in two days ago and received the worst customer service ever inside a Kroger. While at the self checkout pushed the button for an attendant. A older woman by the name of Cindy came to The register I was at, I explained I was charged for an item she then looked at the screen looked at her phone and went to go help another customer across from me. After helping that customer she then went to help a customer behind me, doing this without saying one word to me. Not a "I'll be more than happy to help you with that. I'll be right back, give me just a moment, NOTHING! The Night Manager Shane was no help either! I explained what had happened at that time Shane and I both looked it Cindy she had a smile on her face and still went about her business. Shane then had a look of defeat on his face and said I'll handle this but still didn't help me with my issue. I left my bag there and went to H-E-B! Never again will this store get my business.

Been shopping there for years, I find it easier to find things than in other stores, the layout isn't weird and things are grouped the way you expect.

The customer service here is lacking. The store clerks always seem to be in a hurry and the click list workers are slower then the location on Louetta Road. The pharmacy workers seem to be too busy to answer questions and the Store seems to be out of things that are needed on a regular basis. Every time I go to the store at night time, I feel unsafe.
