Kroger, Arlington TX

Worst Kroger I've ever seen. Never have buggies. Meat counter always smell spoiled. You can smell it before your even close. And the restrooms are filthy.

This Kroger doesn't look like the picture. I hate this store it smells like piss and funk near the door and inside the store it smells like funky fish. I avoid it as much as possible but it's the closest to my house I usually will travel a little farther to get to different one

You really do not deserve any stars, but i could leave a post without one. Your cashiers have no customer service skills when it comes to customers. One in particular would be Devontae he thought it was more better to converse and play with his co -workers than be attentive to me. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and if he were an employee of mine he would be fired! I have enjoyed coming to your store, but after how I was treated I will not return. I will be in contact with corporate office to see how they would like to hear how customers spending their hard earned money are being treated!

First time going to this particilar store. Big parking lot, nice setup inside. Shelves were an OCD dream. Lots of sales! Only thing missing was Silk Almond creamers

Nasty! Completely unacceptable! Its sad, shameful to say i am a faithful kroger customer. I can't tell u how immediate this place needs to be torn down. Rancid smell & bugs every where

Some shelf empty. Cashier great. He and floral lady gave my nephew a ballon. Regeister don't take my reward card or my phone number. Overall yes we will be back. Please update n repair ur Register.

Disappointed in this store. They understock sale items, employees seem to be uninformed on sales and managers seem to not care. Employees aren't very friendly or helpful Also, they don't always honor ecoupons, and when you address the issue, they try to justify not honoring them. Customers are rarely right, at this location.

Could be more friendly to customer's! 9 out of 10 of the workers are rude and act like you are bothering them. Clean up the front area sometimes!

There is not a large selection of brands in the frozen food department. The prices on the frozen food is a little high. There are some good pricing throughout the store. Milk is exceptionally good price.

I didn't know it was possible to renew my car registration at Kroger, it's a huge plus! I don't have to go to department of transportation

Love this store. Only bad thing is the narrow entrance for incoming and out going customers is not really safe.

The entryway smells like a portapotty & there's no logical order as to where merchandise is located - particularly groceries.

Horrible! Lunch time in a hurry and only one register open. Very long line. Even self check out very full. Put my items back and left the store.

Kroger sucks in general and this one is the very worst of the lot. Employees with bad attitudes complaining about working conditions vs taking care of customers, and it goes downhill from there.

Great customer service from all the employees, all eager to help and were super. First time in a long time to have a great experience anywhere. Way to go Krogers! Keep it up. A place to bring the whole family.

One of the cleanest and friendly Kroger I've been to. The meat department is great. Neatly stocked and organized.

Good selection but Kroger prices seem to be steadily increasing. If not for this, I would give a higher rating

Never had any problems, I grab what I need and go. Customers and workers always smiling at everyone. Friendly place of business!

Store is clean. Have many things in stock. Employees are hard working and supportive of one another. Good place for a few groceries.

Bathroom wasn't clean. Not that that's what I go to the store for. But I did while I was shopping in there today. Otherwise the store is very clean and well-stocked good prices.
