It was so AWESOME. I had so many Choices. Couldn't believe how big the place was and when I ask for a basket They got me one right right away. Thats Gonna be the New Hangout! I will have to get My Boyfriend to hold my hand and make leave.

It was a good place I went in there for milkbone soft morning vitamins for dogs but they did not have it wish they did sell it there

Prescription refills eScribed 2 days ago… I’ve been in the store waiting 30 minutes to fill! Asked why. (?) Got deer in the headlights blank stare.

Im standing in line at the gas pump and nobody is here.its 7pm almost 8pm.just a bunch on lazy workers I guess.but you can't blame them.just management

Placed a Click list order the night before and didn't realize that we were missing a handful of stuff till about an hour or so after picking it up.
[Placed the order between 7pm to 8pm on April 29th]

I called after realizing but I wasn't aware that they had closed that section already and was advised to call the next morning.

Morning comes and I give them a call around 8am and told them that we were missing items and verified what items they were. Turns out they forgot to load one bag.
(This is actually the third time that has happened to us but not like this experience)

I asked him over the phone if I can pick them up later on that day around 5 to 6 and he assured that it was okay and that I just needed to call when I arrive.

When I arrived I let them know that I'm here to pick up missing items from my order from the night before and that someone from the morning said they'll leave them there or leave a note. I waited for almost 30 min until I decided to call again to see what was going on. Idk if there was just one person there but apparently they couldn't find the items. So I asked them then what do I do, since I got charged for my items that I'm still missing. He advised me to get a refund and that I had to come into the store.

So I go into the store and head straight to the guest services and tell them what was going on. I explained that I was missing items from the night before and that someone this morning said they still had those items and I just had to pick them up. But they couldn't find them so they told me I can get a refund. I think it was the supervisor and a kid from clicklist that ended up talking to me about it and they just told me to just go get the items that I was missing. I was hesitant so I asked Do I have someone go with me or what do I do when I get the items? They just told me to go back up to guest services and let them know when I was done. I was so uncomfortable with that idea and didn't want anyone to suspect me of stealing the items so I just go ahead line up for checkout. I let the cashier know about the items and my ordeal that I was just uncomfortable with walking out with unbagged items.

Family and I wanted to do curbside to make or life a little easier. You know parents are always busy busy busy. So we go ahead and place our order. It was a rainy Sunday and we went ahead and parked in designated curbside pick up area. The Kroger associate working curbside (Sophia) informed us to back our vehicle on top the ramp near what used to be another store entrance. Soon as we did that which was odd mind you, my family got out of the car seeing as how Sophia vanished. My husband went inside to go see what the heck was going on. After waiting around not having any idea what the heck was going on she finally arrived with our groceries (mins you some things were forgotten as well). Later on in the evening when we prepare our dinner for the family as soon as we started preparing the ground turkey a ROTTEN smell filled out kitchen. Not only was the curbside a TERRIBLE experience but rancid food for my family! Do NOT shop at this location and certainly do NOT do curbside. We will no longer be spending by out money at this location. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!

Great sized store and very well maintained, but the parking lot is the smallest one I've ever seen for a grocery store.

If you order using clicklist in store 352 don’t expect us to have your order ready on time or even the same day, With COVID-19 cases rising again, our orders have tremendously increased and we can’t handle that many orders with only 2 people scheduled to work the department and with 60+ orders stacked on top. To be completely honest, this store is ran by 2 terrible managers that are terrible at their jobs.not scheduling enough hours in clicklist is the reason why your orders are not being done in time and also our department head got hurt and won’t comeback until July 8, I’m hoping by then things will get better but that’s not an excuse to why the orders aren’t being done in hoping somebody from the Houston kroger division reads this and reaches out about this issue in click list and it’s not just clicklist, it’s other departments in the store as well like dairy for example that’s the reason that department is a mess because there’s barley anyone working it half the tine with minimal total hours, same thing as click list I hope something is done about this and order is restored in store 352

The cashier lady was so rude just because we didn’t have a Kroger’s card I get that you save more money with it but I wasn’t shopping for myself and I don’t really care about the prices but most cashiers ask you nicely if u want a card but she was really rude along with the bagger man they were both really rude talking about about us among themselves like we couldn’t hear them only because we didn’t notice the man was talking to us at first, I don’t think there was any need for their rude attitudes.

Consistently have the least user friendly self-check out section. Also, today I noticed how dirty the shelves are that house the meats on display for sale. Very disappointing and I won’t go back.

Wonderful, great place to shop, clean and the cashier she was so nice, and all of them always speak, and ask did you find everything you need ok, l love shopping at all Kroger stores.

I have shopped Kroger's close to 40 years and I have learned that your biggest competition in business is your self. If you carry the merchandise that the customer wants and have it in stock, then the customes will come back. Unfortunately Kroger's has discontinued a good number of items and now has a poor in stock condition, thos forcing their customers to shop their competitors. They need to improve their merchandise selection and their in stock condition if they want to keep their customers.

I would like to tell the world about Kroger on 529. Jason manager, Patrick pharmacist, and most of all Lisa a cashier. These 3 people have made a difference in my life. They all deserve to be recognized for there kindness. Thank you for helping my husband and I during a very difficult time. Mary Higgins.

Bakery is seriously on point. Clean, friendly staff. An adequate number of registers are usually open.

Wish I could give negative star to Meat & Fish sec, don’t deal with Barry, he’s so rude and don’t know to respect customers. Other guys are awesome
