I needed assistance at the seafood department which appeared to be closed, but everyone was super attentive and went out of their way to assist me. Marie was the manager on duty and searched the entire back area to find me lobster, unbeknownst to me she has a shellfish allergy. The service was impeccable, and extra thank you to Marie!

With everything going on now, the Kroger staff are very friendly helpful and making sure everything is sanatized. With shortages of items the only thing I couldn't find was a particular peanut butter brand. Thank you Kroger please stay safe!

Candace in the seafood department is wonderful. She goes out of her way to help me every time I come it. She knows what I like and always has a smile on her face. Kroger has a excellent employee in Candace!

I went here today with my mom and family friend. On check out lane 1 the cashier, Tommy, had a very bad attitude towards certain customers. When my mom and I were checking out his tone and facial expressions were very rude. We went back a few minutes later with our family friend and with the lady in front of us He was smiling, laughing, and helping with her things, which was very polite. As soon as we got back up there his attitude changed back to the way it was before. My friend is handicapped and a senior citizen, he was on one of sitting mobile carts and when he was putting his items up there Tommy was sighing and giving him a very dirty look. Mark, my friend, had to move the keypad down a little to see the screen and Tommy got very hostile. He was raising his voice at Mark and telling him that he couldn’t do that even though that is allowed. He was cutting mark off when he was trying to explain why he was moving it, which is very disrespectful. We then went to the customer service desk so we could get money back, and Tommy started talking to the lady at the self check out and the man behind the counter at the service desk about Mark. I was standing to the side, by the ice machine and Tommy came walked over to the personal check out. He looked over at Mark, pointed at him behind his back and started mouthing that he is crazy. That was very disrespectful and he shouldn’t have been talking about a customer to other cashiers. I have been going this Kroger for almost 7 years, so I know a lot of of the people there. I have never had an experience like this before, so I’m very disappointed.

We went to purchase chicken tender from the deli section around 115pm, but the male employee at that station had very bad attitude and voice tone for explaining the detail to us. The Kroger used to have good manner training for employee, but not this time

Like this store, but sackers not paying attention, customers left to bag their own groceries while sackers standing idle: - (

I went to their pharmacy to get a pneumonia shot that my doctor had suggested that I get. They had Previnar in stock and I was able to get the shot. I received some good advice from the pharmacist. As for the rest of the store, it was well stocked with many choices at reasonable prices.

Didn't get the 5 for $5 reward. Didn't notice till I get home but asked at check out if discounts had been added and was told they had been. And with the new layout I'm having trouble finding things. I'll get it sooner or later.

Since remodeling the store they have removed half of the checkout lanes and replaced them with 2 different versions of self scan.

The new self checkout system is horrible and dysfunctional. If you have a full cart there are too few Cashiers, the lines are long and to use a self checkout is tedious.

Not a big fan of the store reorganization and the parking is messed up with all the click it spots.

If the checkout lines continue to be long due to lack of cashiers I will take my business elsewhere.

Been shopping there since they opened, the first grocery store in Flower Mound and the town would not have grown to what it is today without it.

Some Einstein manager has decided to move stuff around in the store. One side of some aisles has now been replaced with the metal back of freezers which looks unsightly.

In addition to their reshelving if that's even a word and moving their products around the entire store in Flower Mound on Timbercreek and creating chaos the deli guy acts like he has never met me before even though I order the same thing the same way approximately every two weeks for the past 4 years! He then complains he can't do it even though he does every two weeks only this time he decides to punish me and 3 other customers by doing it 2 to 3 times slower than he ever has. He is the only person on the job and no one can cross over because the other people that were waiting tried to get help and one lady just left. Then the bagging people crams your groceries in the bags so full it either falls out or bust the bags. I have my own children and grand children and I don't want to have to teach the bag people how to bag. Not all do this but enough do that it slows down the entire process. It makes you cringe when they grab bread or breakables and I had to come back in and get more bags to even It all out. It was the bad visit that broke the camels back and I am seriously thinking of going to Tom thumb.it's the people in those two areas that will shove me out the door. Sorry Kroger but this happens often.

I will give it a three but not happy. I gave a employee at customer service two of my cards to merge, because I didn't want two different cards. Next time I went in I found out the man had gave me back a empty card without giving me my credits for what I have been spending in there so I no longer pick up groceries there. Than I tried their pharmacy and the lady asked if I wanted to try and get a discount on my meds. I said of course, and because I paid cash out of my hard working $$$they refused to give me a discount but I bet if you stuck a welfare card in there they would. Freaking crazy.

Average grocery store. The only meat I but here is the Boar's Head deli meat, the rest has too much brine in it, by the time you cook it, it shrinks down to nothing. You, also, need to be careful and make sure the meat isn't previously frozen.

Their salads don't stay fresh very long, in fact anything perishable you but here, make sure to eat in a couple days.

My husband and I have always loved shopping at Kroger. We had one just a few blocks away but they closed that one down. But they always have freshest fruits and vegetables. The meat dept is always clean and never had any bad service from anyone from Kroger. My only complaint is that that closed down the closest one to out house
