Grocery Store Kroger reviews
23The store is good but the fat white lady with the orange or brown curly hair working the gas station is bad for business.she has a nasty face and attitude.on her phone with personal drama.that just looks trashy.if she don't know how to have customer service skills then or her butt to do carts.smh
This is the second time I’ve been too this Kroger’s floral shop this year. Both times a young lady by the name Madison I believe helped me. She went above & beyond to make a great floral arrangement & was very kind both times.
Love thus store been shopping here 3yrs.
Staff are sweet miss Lisa at self check always
Nice smiling always goes out way for u never
See her. Being rude an store manager bobby
Very funny guy super nice always on floor
Doing his job great quality always has what
I need
Observed 4 employees with no mask on, and a 5th not covering properly. I can see Kroger is taking the pandemic ~very~ seriously.
Store is consistently out of various items. Pharmacy regularly runs out of common medications. Parking is usually ridiculous.
If the baggers don't learn how to bag groceries I will stop shopping here. I make a special effort to put all my cold items together, all the chemical/cleaners together, all produce together as it goes over the check out conveyer belt.only to get to my car and find my butter in with household pest control spray. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! If the store wants to keep customers then send your employees to bagging training.
This location just did a reset of the store and moved everything around but still everything is in the general area of where i would find what we go to kroger's for when we do go. This is not our normal grocery store as we do prefer another branded store in the area for most of our shopping but Kroger does carry a few items that we cannot get else where. The staff is always friendly and it is a very clean store.
The flower shop has a fresh beautiful assortment of everything the shop girls are friendly and knowledgeable no need to go any where else prrices are better than heb
The selection of goods has becoming less and less, sporadic presentation of products, especially in produce. Today no Campbell's pork and beans, an extremely common canned good. My wife had to have this specific product for a recipe. The shelf space was covered up with Bush products, which are good, but not what I wanted, another customer made similar comments about three products she was looking for. I guess I'll have to start shopping at HEB. It
Horrible horrible horrible, if I could get away with no stars I would but I can't. The pharmacist Grace is the most rude person I have ever come across. Unfortunately Mike the head pharmacist has left and gone to the new store on 336. He always went way out of his way to find coupons or to make your prescriptions as cheap as he could and was always very nice. Grace does not help in any way and is always rude.
I haven't quite learned the layout since the remodel. It's still a different layout than the Tomball store where I normally shop. Quality products.
I used the scan as you shop system for the first time. It was very easy and my groceries were bagged when I got to the check out! Fast
I love this Kroger. Everyone is always so helpful! The produce is always fresh and except for a few exotic items I always find what I'm looking for.
Close, Convinent, friendly employees. Sometimes the lines are a bit long. I am not a fan of the self checkout. If they want me to do that then I should be getting an employee discount! Ha ha.
Love the fuel points! Never too crowded and low prices on meats, cereals, and Kroger brand knock offs.
This Kroger is convenient to traffic, but overall not the best place around in terms of quality and selection. In particular, the fresh produce and meats are much better at the new HEB a half mile further up 1488.
They aren't bad, just not that good.
This is a typical Kroger's but a big bigger than most. The cashiers are friendly and work quite fast. There is plenty of parking and a gasoline station.
This Kroger is convenient because it's close to my home. However, on numerous occasions the yogurt has been out of date by several days. The produce department doesn't have much of a great selection and the seafood area always stinks to me. The employees are always super friendly though.
Great grocery store! Good employees ready to help. There are always deals going on and low prices for customers with a Kroger Card. It's worth it all the way.
Convenient location on the corner of 1488 and 2978 what's nice and courteous employees and fresh produce available.
