The WORST Grocery Pickup experience ever!
Had to wait an hr for my order, the girl took forever and she didn’t know what she was doing. They completely messed up my order then claimed they couldn’t use my ebt card which I used several times for grocery pick up. I had to go inside because the girl never figured out what the problem was. The store manager was very rude. Acted like I was getting on his nerves tried to give me a bogus reason for the payment not going through. Clearly other items were added to my order or someone completely mismanaged it. No one including the MANAGER ever apologized for the problem or acknowledged it. He just said I could keep the groceries with an attitude.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, I RATE no starsi!

So many times they have been late with my orders for curbside pickup. Very rude when you inquire about your order & offer only excuses no apologies. They also pack groceries poorly, substitute items are poorly selected & with little regard to common sense. Avoid this location

Went to the store 10 minutes before close and the associate by the name of “violet” don’t know what he said his name was said the doors shut 15 minutes before actual closing time. This is definitely wrong as I am a regular here and made a couple late night runs before sounds like the worker was just being lazy and wanting to end his shift early.

The prepared food is delicious. The fig and ham panini may be my favorite sandwich anywhere. Process are pretty high but it's a nice treat every once and awhile.

My mother is 81 years old and has trouble walking so she needs a scooter. It started off well for an hour then ran out of power. She got on another one then within 20 min that scotter was having trouble moving. It was extremely frustrating.if I wasn't with her it would have been horrible for her.

I’m giving 1 star because of the fuel center! 9 out of 10 times I come here the attendant is NEVER in the booth! There’s almost ALWAYS a sign that says “sorry for the inconvenience will return shortly” It’s super annoying and is a huge inconvenience that it happens so frequently. Right now there’s at least 4 people waiting! I know So can use my card at the pump but, I chose not to. I am loyal Kroger customer and like to use my points for alllllll of the money I spend! I’m angry!

Worst Kroger around. They always run out of things, the organization to the store makes no sense and don't worry about trying to remember it because they will change it up again soon enough. Always a terrible experience

I always enjoy going to Kroger, but this particular location is so convenient for me. I leave the gym and head over to get fresh vegetables and fruit at least once a week. Store is always clean and cashiers are really friendly. Keep Up The Good Work Kroger!

A lot of organic foods & other good merchandise. Good customer service. A tad pricey when you compare certain products against Walmart. Love their flowers.

I love kroger's because I can do some grocery/hygiene/ext shoping and pay some utilities as well! OH AND NOT TO MENTION GO TOO THE BANK AS WELL! SO MANY BIRDS WITH ONE STONE.

Very dissatisfied ; opened merchandise; lack of timely employee assistance; disorganized store. Will not shop here in the future. Do not recommend shopping at this location.

This is probably my favorite grocery store. I love all the variety that they have. They tend to carry products that I like and have trouble finding other places. The store always looks well kept and clean. And the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. That's really all I need from a grocery store.

Store has been renovated but customer service is hit and miss. Self service can be a pain if you need an ID check for alcohol.

This is the nicest Kroger in the area.very clean & well maintained store.im going to start driving the extra few miles to shop here.im glad i stopped in!

Love the store, but wish they'd stop announcing every time someone donates at the register and yelling "woo hoo" afterwards, it's annoying and embarrassing to hear. Today I was charged twice for a $17 bottle of vanilla but the checker immediately took care of it and refunded my credit card.

I have a love/hate attitude towards Kroger. I love their specials and lower prices. I absolutely HATE the way they have rearranged their stores! The arrangement makes no sense whatsoever. Everytime I go in there I see people wandering around trying to find the items they want. They may have thought wandering around would make people buy more. Quite the contrary, I usually leave in frustration after getting the specials and go elsewhere to buy the items I can't find.

Very organized and clean. Staff friendly. Due to heavy traffic location it is a little tricky getting in and out if you're headed east on Debbie Lane.
City might need to consider a traffic signal for this turn space.

I still love this Kroger, but they've changed the whole store around and everyone is spending more time trying to find stuff than getting in and getting out. Even the staff has a hard time finding things. I used to consider this place at star place. Now, it only gets a 3 star rating because they've made it confusing to find even the everyday things people buy.

This was the third Kroger I visited on this day. Still what I wanted to purchase was out of stock. Thus seemb to be going on way to often
