Great food store and friendly employees. Fast and convenient. Quality products at reasonable prices with great selection.

This location has the worst selection of produce. I would suggest that you go to North Garland and go to Tom thumb they have a very wonderful selection. That's where I went after I saw the choices I had at Kroger's.

Kroger’s has absolutely out shined any other store in general from 2020-2021. Open through COVID-19 with later hours, open through extremely bad weather, and even power outages! All done with a smile, amazing customer service, and a clean store. Kroger’s and their employees deserved an award! Amazing job well done! Thank you.

The manager very rod and didn’t manage the situation and the assistant manager to I work with instacart and the cashier miss one item I send the item to customer with the order it’s not correct

I really liked this Kroger’s when I first moved to Garland. The Kroger’s on Highland and Plano in Dallas was a narrow, crowded nightmare. The Garland Kroger’s has some wider aisles. But.since Covid 19, they run out of everyday stuff. I put in an online/pickup order. I will not get Kroger’s half and half, Coca Cola in small bottles, Kroger’s spaghetti, and Pop Secret popcorn.
I know, 1st world problems. But last week, before I switched to online, I couldn’t get a couple of those items also (half and half and popcorn). So while trying to protect my husband from exposure, I’ll have to go in person to another store to pick up half and half.
I’m sorry for the long whine, but please stock your shelves.

I went to pick up my medicine which I was told should have been ready. Not only was it not ready the young man act like I didn't know my birthday. I yelled at him saying I my birthday.

Store employees are very friendly and professional, my wife and I have been using this Kroger's for year's and have never had an issue.

Terrible customer service at the deli department! Frank is very rude! He should be working somewhere else but not there, he has attitude and he’s always in a bad mood.

NEVER trust kroger for PICK UP service NEVER! You just throw away your time and money, they only take your money immediately from your bank and the day you have to go to pu
pick up they just say sorry we don't have the product we are going to make a refund

Good place a shop they have really good deals and products alittle expensive from me but the QUALITY IS GREAT on there vegetables and fruit

Very helpful. Even though I just bought a few things the bagger saw that I was not feeling well and asked if he could help me out to my car. I thought that was extremely kind of him. Thanks to the attendant and Kroger. Customers should be first priority.

I like this store. It's a working class grocery store. Not pretentious, nice staff and a place where you see your neighbors. I like it.

Pleasant staff, rank and file do their jobs, the place is clean and uncluttered, the only problem I have with the place is that sale items are not always there and I do NOT like this digital system!

Very good store kind of lacking in the meat department the deli has a couple employees with a attitude but all in all good store.

Don't like the way they have changed the store around. Hate when you get use to one they go and move everything around. Also don't like the way the check out is now.

This Kroger is ALWAYS clean and the employees rock. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here, no matter what time I go. Kroger is my favorite store to shop. Thank you.

Very well stocked store, extremely knowledgeable staff, and just sincere courtesy all around! What more could you want in your local grocery store? Whether it's a cashier opening a register after it's supposed to be closed, or a stocker going back into the back of the store to find an item that is not on the shelf, the staff here is very attentive and I couldn't ask for anything more.

Great Kroger. Well the Kroger actually kinda sucks but the thrift store. Texas Thrift is the cats pajama's. Everything you could want in a thrift store. Will be going to this store again. Texas Thrift, not Kroger. Gross!

Never have enough cashiers @busiest time of day, & offer no help to those who can't operate self check out. Inconvenient @ best.
