Kroger Marketplace reviews
16Horrible Business, Respect Is Not There Proud Is Gone. Seeking For These Guys To Fall, And Business Close Down…
Highly recommend going to any other location. Customer service is never helpful and they always close before said actual time.
Pharmacist (not the techs) has to be the rudest I’ve ever met. Waiting in line to be greeted with a blurted “we’re closed” I’ll be sure all prescriptions are filled elsewhere. This place as a whole needs serious management updates and customer service training (not to mention understanding what expiration dates mean).
Hello, first I want to say that I am very sorry to do this because my opinion of this Kroger Store is excellent, however, events like the one that happened yesterday should not happen, so as not to tarnish the good performance.
Just on 01/05/2023, after 5 pm, I approached a woman to ask her about a product. After the Hello! And while looking for the photo on my phone, that visibly upset person, talking so fast that I never understood what she was saying, ran up and put on a mask, denying me the information service and being very rude. I told her I didn't understand her and she got even more upset and called someone else (Mr. Joe) who was very nice to tell me where the product was. I didn't see her anymore and I asked Mr. Joe her name and he said something like Connie.
I believe that those people without a vocation for service, who are not friendly and are also conceited and rude, should not work with the public.
They never have anything in stock. Always out of different items constantly. I go to heb and get everything I need with no problem
This is one of the nicest krogers I have been in and they have almost everything you need to buy in 1 place very clean and very organized
I needed a money order for $1 for work and the customer service person said that they can only do a minimum of $10.
Pharmacy is terrible, u had a prescription that I requested for a refill and should have been filled a day after I requested for the refill. Fast forward 2 days later and status was stoll showing in progress. So I called them to inquired and the lady put me on hold to check of the even had the meds available. Upon checking, she came back on the phone that they will have it ready for me in the next 30min. Frustration is why do they have an app when you can request a refill and yet it seems like no one monitora it. I had to call and if I had not, prescription would not have been filled
Do better Kroger
Huge store, clean and neat, but little more expensive than H-E-B!
Also I’ve seen their shopping carts in the middle of the busy street few times, and loose in their parking lots.
I find the employees smoke cigarettes at the "NEVER SMOKE CIGARETTE" places where all kind of customers walk by everyday.
I hope this telling would save Kroger a better marketplace.
Brave Attitude?
Store is always clean, but the prices are not correct on some items. I always have surprises at checkout. Sometime cashier is friendly and they change the price but sometime I have to leave the product: there is always one checkout lane open and crowded.
I used to shop Kroger at Grand parkway and Morton road, they always had friendly service and 6 to 7 checkouts lane were open. Looking for another Kroger near by Cinco ranch.
Store sets ridiculous traps in fine print that make the supposed sales. Worthless. Employees are rude and the managers are worse. Avoid shopping here at all costs.
The store was nice enough and it wasn't crowded but I accidentally bought a large package of bacon that was expired by 6 days. The store is far enough away from me that it's a wash to return a $15 item. So I'm a little frustrated at the inconvenience.
I have never written a review in my life - but this store and company is an absolute SCAM. I bought a 100$ Home Depot giftcard there for my husband and when we went to use it a week later, the card was impossible to get out of the cardboard as it was glued in. We had assumed it was due to the heat in the Kroger warehouse before purchasing and thought nothing more. When went to the cashier at Home Depot she was unable to see the pin due to the glue and paper from the cardboard and proceeded to scrape at it, stating that without the pin it couldn’t be used and they’ve had this issue with gift cards purchased at Kroger for Father’s Day. She stated they were unable to use the card, advised us to call Kroger and we paid for our purchase with our regular credit card. We then filed a report with Kroger for refund. When I called back for a status update, they stated the card had already been used so the refund was denied and to contact Home Depot. Knowing we had not used the card, I contacted Home Depot who confirmed the card was used less than 24 hours after I purchased it in a store we’ve never been to. The associate stated it is a scam that Kroger is well aware of where gift cards are opened and the card # and pin # are sold and the card gets glued back up until activated by the store. Home Depot is submitting a fraud case however needed a physical receipt not the activation receipt I kept so I call Kroger and somehow the loyalty card we have is registered to nothing despite us swiping, using the phone number and receiving benefits from the card for almost 1 year. After 3 hours of the phone, they could only send me transcripts of my transaction and not a receipt and also included someone else’s transaction and told me to “just edit it out. ” Kroger is aware of the gift card scams and has done nothing to remedy it or advocate for their “loyal”customers to receive refunds. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS OR SIGN UP FOR LOYALTY FROM KROGER because it is a SCAM.
Went to get gas and paid with cash grabbed some soda as well. The young man working the register I believe his name was Jordan was very helpful and courteous!
