Stars for cleanliness, availability of items shopped for price accuracy. As a preferred Kroger customer I frequent Kroger stores every Wednesday - their weekly sale day. While running errands I chose this location to use a rebate card Ive been rewarded. This rebate card could be loaded to my Apple wallet and used as a NFC purchase. Prior to Kroger this card was able to be used at Nektar and Target. With Kroger I spent about $40 on particular items in each category rewarded exclusively to review. First, the cashier bumped into me, she took responsibility so I won’t complain. My issue with her and possibly the male manager on duty around 2: 30p is: I had trouble with my purchase completing through this reward program; the female cashier was patient with allowing me to bring my purchase to her register after having problems with the kiosk. She also gave me time to contact the card issuer. I set a PIN for the card as recommended by the card issuer to possibly resolve the issue. This did not help. When the transaction failed for the final time before moving on with my day, the cashier said “ What? You don’t have any money? ” I ignored her the first time but she was too simple to realize her mistake the first lack of respect, cough and customer service for a second and third time. I was already frustrated with this transaction so I decided I would try again when I had more time. A male manager immediately walked up as I was leaving. With a “sassy” attitude he asked her if he should take the items away. If I had the time, this could have not ended well. Sir/Ma’am money wasn’t the issue - I live in Prosper in a gated community. Don’t ever assume what or why a person is shopping and or what they can afford. I could really be a administrative problem for this entire store if I was spiteful. Your next customer may not be so gracious. Kroger, my customer status and how much my family spend weekly can be easily be verified. Between food and gas I earn every reward won. However, I can delete your app and take my business to H‑E‑B Frisco as I wait for your competitor to open across the street. I have been a customer since 1990. I’m loyal but H‑E‑B has floral products far beyond hanging flowers that has enticed me away from Lowe’s. Due to your presumptuous and rude employee - H‑E‑B May just be getting my Kroger grocery business as well. Check your cameras to address all persons involved. Time stamp provided.

Always have a great selection of fruits and vegetables! We recently discovered yellow watermelons here, love it!

This Kroger is the best one in the area and I have shopped at a lot of them. The flower department is amazing, the sushi is fantastic, the employees are super friendly and the selection of groceries is the best. It makes me sad that they have such a hard time staffing. It is, otherwise, a great store.

Im tired of internet poachers from spectrum bothering me every week for a year plus. They won't let you walk by and they're getting more aggressive. Im just here to do a chore and I get harassed. It's like crossing a picket line when I walk in

Its honestly hit or miss if they have what we need. It is very very near but the overall quality of the produce isn't mind blowing but fairly priced. I wish there were more options for the HOT bar

I have lived walking distance from this store for almost 2 years and have spent thousands here feeding a family of 3, and now I avoid this store if at all possible. There are a few very nice, friendly people that work here, mostly the folks that tend to the carts and parking lot, the cashiers, and the folks that work the automated checkout. Half the employees either ignore you or give you a blank stare when you say hello or smile at them (a pet peeve in the customer service business). It is also a pain to return anything. I once had a 6-pack of beverages, of which the last can was empty and had a hole in it. The customer service clerk at first tried to tell me there was nothing she could do since I drank the others. Finally a manager came by and told her to give me a whole new pack. Another time, we received an Xmas children's gift which was a duplicate. The gift was purchased at another Kroger, and they would not accept the return without a receipt. Despite me telling the clerk that I had no receipt and it was from another store, she spent 20 minutes in the back office trying to look up past purchases only to find nothing and deny me the return, all whilst holding up the line. I recommend going to either Sprout's or Aldi, both nearby. Luckily, HEB is opening up soon.

Their bakery is so bad. Other Kroger is much better. I always get disappointed with cakes in this Kroger. I hate going to this place.

It amazes me every time I go in there for a weeks worth of groceries there is one line open and usually no help sacking. COUNTING the days for HEB to open across the street. This Kroger location has dug its own hole.

Poor customer service and produce. Bought Halos Saturday and noticed they were molding badly the next day. Tried to exchange them this morning but they would not let me because customer service wasn’t there. Told me i would need to come back another time. Not gonna waste my time. Your new competitor across the street will have better customer service and the ability to exchange rotten produce.

This kroger is awful! I dread having to go to this store. They always have spoiled food and produce, see picture. 10: 20am there is only one self-checkout with two cashiers attending it. The lines are backup with much of their elderly customers waiting in line (every morning). This store is cluttered and messy. Just before 8pm, they always close all doors except for one. I asked about it and they say it's for safety reasons. This area has million dollar plus homes.pretty safe area. I can't wait until HEB opens across the street.

Typical market. Online shopping carts continually block the aisle and most of the staff don't even look at you and say hello. The folks in the butcher and the deli are very friendly and great people they are very helpful. Often times they are out of common food items especially on the weekends. Typically don't expect there to be many shopping carts as they rarely turn them to the storage space front of the store Original review 7 months ago. Still no shopping carts or baggers. Crappiest Kroger's ever. Here's an update a few months later, they never seem to open all the self checkouts. We also know that they usually don't even open more than 1 normal checkout. Can't wait for HEB!

Hard to believe any grocery store manager would allow MOLDY fruit in their store much less deliver it to people. It must cost them so much when all the fruit gets moldy but then they just pawn it off on disabled delivery customers.

This is the worse grocery store in the area. Store has a bad smell in the meat department area. Fruit and vegetables are not fresh. Customer service is a joke. If you need to use guest services good luck, as there is always a line and they never have more than 1 person running it. If you shop here make sure you double check your receipt as I’m usually over charged. The one time I used curb side they smashed my bread and eggs were cracked. My husband says I need to shop somewhere else. The sales keep bringing me back. But honestly I used to shop here twice a week, now I only come once a month. Can’t wait for HEB to open. Maybe with the competition across the street this location will have no choice but to get better.

After scanning and bagging my over $200 worth of a half filled grocery buggie, I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the clerk to check my ID. I finally politely approached, with my ID in hand, and asked for his assistance, as he continued to look down and remove security tags from inventory, not acknowledging me at all. His response: "I only have 2 hands. Give me a minute. ". Not all of the staff are like this, but I'll walk out the next time I see this guy patrolling the self checkout.

I would NOT recommend this location, the Young employees are RUDE and condescending and no customer should ever be patronized. It is unacceptable at anytime but on Christmas Eve that takes the cake. Management needs to get involved immediately.

Don’t bother getting curbside pick up via the Kroger app. It’s never ready at the scheduled time and usually involves having to go to the store two separate times or rearrange your day.
