Kroger Marketplace, League City TX

Rude staff. Fewer options and higher prices than H‑E‑B. No comparison. The real problem here is that they refuse to open checkout lanes but will let you stand in line for 29 minutes for the self checkout while they stand there and look at you instead of doing something helpful. Guess I will wait for my W-2 to come in the mail since I’m a part time grocery store employee checking myself out at Kroger.

Just picked up groceries here & the guy that brought my groceries out was absolutely the best! Did everything he could to help me in any way possible. This guy needs a raise for his awesome customer service!

The pharmacy technician lady is extremely rude. She has yelled at me multiple times with my small children in the car. She throws a yelling fit the she just can’t fill my prescriptions because they are too backed up. This seems to be her excuse every time we go. Even when we go 1-2 hours after the doctor has called it in.

This is a very nice store! Everyone is so helpful and go out of their way to help you. Especially Doria in the Deli.

Whoever runs this Kroger needs to be re-evaluated. Saturday morning is a busy time for them. And yet only 3-4 lanes are ever open during these peak times. Several times the manager called for more cashiers to the front. All the while, just standing there with her arms folded across her chest, refusing to jump in and actually help. Lead from the front. Only reason I come here is the sheer convenience, living right across the street. Go to HEB instead. Where managers actually lead

This location is at the corner of League City Parkway & Interstate 45 [Gulf Freeway]. There is a money remittance department inside of the store, along with a Pharmacy. There is also a large parking lot there as well. A Kroger Fuel Center ️ is nearby.

This location has a well–stocked selection of produce, as well as a large variety of grocery products & beverages.

The employees there are very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help you to make your produce or grocery product selection.

If I wanted to wait in line for over 10 minutes, I would have gone to Walmart.

There was a group of managers standing nearby watching and doing absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Open up another register!

I brought 20 dollars worth of quarters to the store and i wanted to cash it.they had a really stupid policy to where we don’t get the full amount back.i thought it was very screwed up that we don’t get our full amount back from a coin machine.i gave it 20 dollars and it get me 17.25 back.

Always clean and well stocked. They make some delicious fresh tortillas. They also make an awesome spinach, artichoke, and bacon dip. The best I've ever had!

WORST Kroger EVER! Standing in line.loonng. Only 3 registers open. People going to line in express with full buggy. Even SELF CHEVKOUT has a long line. Management needs to be replaced STAT! Total bs! Total lack of customer service Kroger. Think I will leave my 9 items and hit the door. HEB has same stuff and isn't far.

That they would stop moving their products around just so we would stay in the store longer and impulse Buy. It is very annoying to think you're going to be on a 10 minute trip

Thanks to employees not labelling food with barcodes, and customers bringing full carts into the self checkout lane because they wont open more registers, i am having to leave the store empty handed instead of buying lunch before work because j dont have time to run back to the deli and wait in line again behind people too stupid to use the regular checkout with hundreds of items.

A good place to visit this time in March. Outside the marketplace, I found my fourth Hibiscus plant for the year. This one was a three foot, yellow flowering plant. The sign outside was for $39.95. It rang up for only $21.99 inside! Today I also purchased a 20 inch turkey platter for &20.99, also marked down. A Double deal Saturday at the marketplace.

I'm not sure who's job it is to price meat. But that's pork, labeled as beef, for beef prices. Not a good look, and it's not just one or two packs. Even some of the markdown meat has a higher price than when it was fresh. What gives? !? ! Really got me questioning what I'm buying here.

This grocery store is ideal in my opinion. A perfect showcase, clean, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a wide range of products. I enjoy everything!

I like this store. The deli offers some good dinner selections. Perfect for nights I don't want to cook. The bakery is good too. I have to avoid it sometimes lol.

Kroger itself is wonderful, but the customer service is another story, ESPECIALLY at the cheese shop. I frequent there and while both Kiersten and Marion are sweet and quick to help, I’m not sure I can say the same about Blanche. She’s rude, condescending, and makes the entire visit unpleasant. I plan to avoid the cheese shop unless she isn’t there.

Erin located in the Deli is amazing she’s knowledgeable about all different types of meat cheese and has amazing customer service.

She even put me on the Boars Head Turkey wow yummie
