DO NOT LET A CASHIER NAMED SETH CHECK YOU OUT. BEYOND RUDE! MANAGER LARRY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A PIECE OF TRASH! WOULD NOT LET ME EXPLAIN HOW MY PAYMENT WAS DONE! KEPT INTERRUPTING ME!

Employees are always fantastic. However, every time I go in to this store (& I'm there alot) the Manager Carmen is yelling at Employees across the store. Someone please instruct her the proper way to communicate with staff. Early shift rallies and motivational meetings are a good start. Not yelling at staff if front of shoppers about "last in the district for sales of "holiday meals". She is very unprofessional.

Just bought about $40 worth of stakes when we took a closer look they were covered in mold took forever to get somebody from customer service to come and refund our money. As I was leaving there was a package raw hamburger in with the bagged ice. Yikes.

Forced to shop here due to lack of grocery equity in town. The cashiers have no social skills and the music is ridiculously loud, not to mention the worst Playlist. Most customers that shop here have no clue what a bar of soap is, nor use it. There is also something wrong with the food temperature control system.

All of you people complain. You can walk 30 feet to get a cart if the garage is empty you lazy bums. Buy your food and leave, simple. If it takes you 10 minutes to wait in line for a checkout, DRIVE 10 MINUTES TO TARGET!

This store is a newer store and you would think it would be very nice. It always has a smell, as if something is sour or rotten. I don’t know how anyone else cannot smell it. It’s always dirty in the store. I refuse to buy food at a store that is dirty and stinks. This is actually a closer option for me but I will drive further to avoid this store.

7 registers and never more than 1 or 2 clerks. They keep pushing this self checkout when I DON'T WORK THERE. Almost always, no matter what, you will be waiting a while for a cashier.

Ordered a detailed and multi tiered unicorn cake for our daughters birthday. Even changed the color scheme up and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY.

Came by this evening and the store stunk. As you get more towards the back of the store the fish area really stunk of bad fish smell.
Also, at self checkout bought 3 candy bars (buy 2 get 1 free) and did not take the one for free. We told the lady at self checkout and did not believe us. I went to go show her where I saw the tag and would not go to the area. So she gave it to us, but on receipt shows bought 2 and the free one she put 0 in for item.
She did not have a good attitude about this and that is another reason we are not going back.
Went to our car and we had a cart at the end of our car.

Women in the deli spend as much time talking as working. Ridiculous wait. 6 people in line while they gab about new hire interviews and hiw everyone who applies gets hired.

Very nice store. If u are looking to work here though, be aware that you will have to double check on communication between managers. Two gentlemen in my orientation were misquoted pay due to lack of communication between managers. As for myself, the manager insisted that she emailed me orientation instructions to bring two forms of ID, when I told her I did not receive the email, she responded, “Well then how did you know to come? ” Very poor professionalism. I started to answer her question (she was the one who told me to come over the phone after I initiated calling her), and she cut me off mid-sentence. When I told her to let me finish responding, she acted as though I was the rude one. At this point, I became frustrated. As it turns out, SHE was the one who misspelled my email. So please, if you have to commute to the Bartonville location with the manager named Toni for orientation, please confirme important information with her such as your starting pay and your email. For management who may see this, please work on your communication. It greatly affects potential employees, and returning 3 times for orientation is simply not acceptable (if my email had been correct, much of this could have been avoided. And requesting that the manager double checks my email address should not be something that upsets her ego.) Thank you.

Store is always clean, well stocked, and easy to get around and find things because everything has labels! Always my favorite!

Clicklist at this location is an absolute joke. When it is on time, you can rest assured you will have pricing and substitutions issues. Management uses the pandemic as an excuse, but it was already struggling well before March. They should just have an online option with "surprise me". It would be more accurate than substitutions made to actual orders.

I was there today. I'm so disappointed in this store. There was only 1 checker that was available. I know there is self checkout you can use but those are not convenient when your cart is full! The checker was overwhelmed because I was third in line and 3 more were behind me with full carts. Seems like this is happening more and more often there. Poor management at its best!

This rating is only about the cashier, Raina. I hope I have her name correct. She was so sweet today. A young man was checking out with some flowers, card, and dinner items for his wife to celebrate their anniversary. He forgot his wallet and was trying to pay from his phone. It wasn't working and she said, "let me come over there and see what I can do. " She put in her credit card and paid the $49 bill. That was so special.

I work at this store for Instacart everyday. It is convenient because I live in the area. It has become so frustrating that they never have more than one cashier and baggers are non existent. I have to bag my own groceries multiple times a day which takes a lot of my time from my job that I could be working on new orders. There are always several managers gathered around. They care nothing of the long checkout lines and shoppers having to bag their own groceries. It baffles me that more people don’t complain. I guess they have more time to spare than I do!

This used to be a nice clean store. Now it is completely disgusting to be in an upscale area. If you don't believe me go look at the restrooms. My wife said the women's restroom was in the same condition as the men's. They looked like that hadn't been cleaned in months. My wife complained to the manager and he sent some kids in there to clean. We went back to see how they did before we went to check out, and still nasty. If the restrooms are that dirty I'd hate to see how dirty it is in the areas we can't see.

When this store first opened, it was fantastic. The people were attentive, the shelves were well-stocked, and the store was always immaculate.

A year or so ago, I began to notice that the store was becoming increasingly less like I had previously noted above. The store was less tidy and noticeably less well-stocked. The employees also seemed to care less & less about the customers and increasingly about only their convenience. I have seen employees be rude to customers and then make fun of the same customers with their supervisers once the customers were out of earshot (but where I could hear).

Now that the Covid-19 pandemic is upon us in 2020, this store either has no plan for following CDC guidelines or the plan is simply ignored/not enforced by management. Social distancing of employees does not happen. Masks are not worn by employees. Customers are not required to wear masks or maintain social distance. It is a health hazard.

I loved this store and it is very near my home, so it is the most convenient choice for me. It WAS great. I now drive much farther to go to competitor's stores instead.

Do not place an order for pick up because they cannot fill them especially if it is on the weekend. We just went to pick up our order Sunday afternoon and had to cancel the order and have our money refunded because they didn’t have half of our items.
