On September 8th at 12: 17am their was a bad storm as I was going home I hit a Kroger shopping cart that I couldn't avoid because it was in the frontage road of 360 and e broad Street. I went 7: 30am to speak to the manager but their no one for me to talk about this. I am very disappointed that Kroger is not going to take responsibility for my damage that I have to pay out of pocket. This makes me sick

I enjoy shopping at this store. It's always clean and never too crowded. It's quiet and the ambience is nice. You can find all kinds of food, home accessories and pharmacy needs. Plus they have clothing and toy departments.
ETA it does get quite busy on Sunday, of course.:)

I come 3-4 times a week and rarely have an issue. The store is always clean unlike the matlock location. I just wish they would get the straps for the Caroline’s cart so that my 9 year special needs son could use it.

Usually we find Kroger extraordinary, but today the staff on duty, especially at checkout were extremely unhelpful & made us feel like we we're bothering them. Just wanted us to go away.

Yeah I just drove all the way from Arlington out to Mansfield because the hours clearly State 1: 00 a.m. Only to be turned away while there were oh I don't know I saw five people inside the store working so I called the manager of the manager says no we closed at midnight because we didn't have enough staff to open to keep the store open yet I saw five people and there's at least 10 cars in the parking lot so I know there's enough people in there to run one register that they don't even check you out you check yourself out so yeah I'm making a call to corporate

It is a Kroger! You go here for gorceries, they are a better location than their counterpart on Green Oaks Blvd.

The lines are always long. Only have self checkouts open. Only One person works the pickup. 2 people at the front of the store. 1 bakery person. Online it says they close at 1am but they closed between 8: 30pm-9: 00pm on most days. The Holidays are going to be awful if they are only going to have 3-6 people working in the store.

This Kroger has everything. The down side is the lines. No one ever works the register and they close all the self checkout lines after 8. This Kroger could do better with that.

My mother lives close to this location so I don't visit that often. It is amazing! More than just groceries. Great selections.

I stopped shopping at this location due to a couple reasons. I thought I would give it a try again. I did find everything I needed, no issues. Went to check out at the self checkout, I scanned a few items and it would stop so the customer service lady, Nida would come over scan her badge and I would proceed. Well this happened a few times and the last time it popped up "19 items". So she had to come over and fix the issue again. So, I asked why it kept doing that? She was so rude and stated " I just work here, I don't work in the machines so I don't know. ". So, I asked her if there was like a limit of items to self checkout. She said " Do you see a sign"? She was so rude in front of my 8 yr old grandson and other customers. If this is how Kroger wants to treat their customers then I will not be going back. I try to teach my grandson to be nice to people and especially to his elders. It's hard to do if the elder is not being nice. Maybe NIDA needs some customer service training. I gave 2 stars only because I found what I was looking for.

Holiday sales are good. However I like to search for the clearance items in the meat department. Additional clearance items by toy section

I’ve been coming to the Kroger’s on broad street for more than 3 years and had the worst experience with a supervisor/ front lead Pam. She needs to be sent back to be trained on how to talk to customers and learn how to read the promotions they are having.

Honestly the worst Kroger in the area. If you go at night there's tons of people gathered up in a line for self checkout and it can take over an hour of waiting. Also last night I went in and they blocked off multiple areas to even get into the store, and one of the employees was really rude using hang gestures and passive aggressive actions when I went a different route which was open. The only person here who is an amazing employee is Stephen as he is really respectful, and makes sure everything can get done in his power. As for everyone else they're extremely rude and unprofessional.

I was there at 10pm there was a line in the self check out, there were 50 people in a line stringing down the entire aisle. There was not one checker lane open in the store. There was one employee in front of the entire store and sadly he admitted this happens regularly. This is very poor management that is not concerned about the customer experience. H E B can’t get here soon enough.

For such a beautiful Kroger I was very disappointed. I came here to do some grocery shopping. It was late, yes, but why is only self check out available when there is a line going clear to the back of the store. At least 20+ people in line. I dropped my cart and left. No way I will ever go back. That was my very first experience in this store.
