I've been going there for 5 years now and have never been treated or seen them treat someone rudely. They are truly great folks. Dennis, Phillip, Tony and until just recently Monica.all will work with you to make sure you get the best prices for your meds.

I have had 2 bad experiences with a pharmacist named Monica. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 1st time she told me to wait 45 minutes for my presciption and it would be ready. After i waited over 45 minutes she said we cant fill your prescription we dont have it in stock. 2nd time many months later, i normally go to the krogers on 43rd oakforest. She calls me to tell my prescription os ready if i dont pick it up today she wouldnt fill it. I arrivw 30 minutes after her phone call. She then has me waiting 45 minutes plus saying she is having a problem with my insurance. I tell her to call the other krogers and she proceeds to ignore me. Extremely rude.

Pharmacist named Monica was very rude and lied several times, told us that because my wife’s prescription was from out of state (we explained my wife is working a travel nurse assignment in Houston and that was why the prescription was from out of state) that she could not fill it, then when we asked why she said to take it to Walgreens or CVS, then I asked why is it illegal? She replied no she just didn’t want to fill it because of her license, when pushed even farther she said she couldn’t verify it because it was Sunday evening, why she couldn’t just be honest and state this from the beginning I do not understand, ok we wait until tomorrow but don’t lie and make excuses or tell me to just go somewhere else. Worst service I have ever received from a Kroger Pharmacy.

Excellent service! I went to the drive thru, the lady who i cannot recall her name asked for my birthdate and insurance information was the same so they had me on file already but I think my doctor too because he sent in prescription right away and they had it ready right away.
