17Your prescription will never be ready when they say it is. Ever. You have to call and complain to get them to fill it within a reasonable time. Or just show up and tell them it was supposed to have been filled already and then they ask you to wait another hour.
Always have a problem when it comes to getting my son’s prescriptions. My son’s dr sends in the request for the prescriptions and the next day when I go to pick it up they always say they have nothing on file or the dr must sent it to the wrong one. SMH!
NO sense of urgency. My prescription was only ready for pickup several hours after they told me it was ready. Not everyone can spend an entire day just to pick up medication. Had to go up there 3 different times.
Not sure why they are rated so low, I have had nothing but good experiences here.
I need my dog’s seizure medicine filled and ready at precise times, and Kroger has always had them ready ahead of schedule.
My partner and I got our vaccines here and the person administering them was quick and very accommodating. (Neither of us wanted to see the needle or process because we are squeamish.)
I have never had any issues with Kroger Pharmacy before, but last week I went to pick up my father's medication from there. It was supposed to be seven medications but they give me eight and charged me for that. I picked it up from drive through and paid for it. However I only realized they gave an extra medication which is not my father's only after he pointed it out to me. We went back as soon as possible but they told us they cannot take the medicine back. I understand their policies and I respect it. However, the lady Asian pharmacist who was there was blaming me and my father for what happened and told us it is not their mistake at all. She blamed me for having miscommunication and started saying they did everything perfect. Even if you don't take the medicine back or give me a refund at least have some manners to say sorry for the vacuous act they have done. I did not expect this from a professional pharmacist. She is the perfect role model on how not to be a pharmacist. Thank you for reading this, if you ever go to Kroger pharmacy make sure you don't talk with this lady and make sure to check the medicine right there before you leave the drive through otherwise they will blame you instead of being responsible for their own mistakes.
My Doctor called in a prescription on Friday 6/11/21. I spoke with them on Friday evening. There response was we will get it ready. Here it is Monday the 14th and they are just texting saying it's ready. Three days to fill a prescription, good thing my life didn't depend on Kroger! They always have a excuse. The maximum effective range, of a excuse is ZERO!
Worst experience I've ever had. The pharmacist actually got an attitude with me. Can you believe that. Anyway if you want fast and friendly service don't come here. Today was bad at 11: 40 am 5/2/21
Pharmacist Ngoc is impatient, insulting and possibly biased. Just saying not really a fan of that pharmacy. I understand it’s busy but she usually seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Hope she has a change of heart and not an unpleasant attitude.
I have had multiple incidents of having prescriptions lost or unavailable. The pharmacy techs were unhelpful, didn't know how to do their jobs, and were sometimes downright rude! While I was waiting for my prescription, I watched them screw over customer after customer. I'm definitely switching to another pharmacy.
I have been going to this pharmacy for year and years and other than the fact that they are busy they are still by far my favorite pharmacy. I never run into any problems with them and they are usually very accommodating. It’s a little neighborhood pharmacy where the pharmacists and the techs know me personally and are always kind and helpful. I will be very sad when I was move because I don’t think I’ll find something comparable to this place.

First, I tried calling in my prescription, twice, and the phone rang for five minutes with no answer, so I drove up there and placed my prescription. I was told it would be filled within two hours and I would get a call, I didn’t get a call. With life being busy you forget things.three days go by and I remember about it.
I called and my prescription was never placed. After that I made sure to ask the gentleman who helped me resolve this issue that auto-refills/refill reminders and ready prescriptions calls/notifications would be set for me, he assured me that they were.
Here it is today, my prescription in four days over due, only knowing because I’m in pain and called to be told that my refill was over due (phone rang, rang and rang until someone decided to pick it up), never got a call/text to refill regarding it.
I refilled my prescription over the phone and then was told it would be ready within the hour, still no call or notification to let me know it’s ready.
I will never forget to not get Ambetter insurance, as they don't contract with Walgreens.
I Love Kroger Pharmacy in Euless. Have been using them for 10 years. The staff goes out of their way to get a problem solved! Would NOT go anywhere else
Kroger Pharmacy in Euless is wonderful. The Pharmacists, their staff and their prices are the best.
Put me on hold for ten minutes, all of sudden somebody hang up the phone.

I have yet to get a straight answer with regards to B12 shots now being offered. 1st day to female pharmacist, Q: how much are the B12 shots A: You need a prescription. 2nd day phone-in, Q: Why do I need a prescription for B12 shots A: You Don't. Q: How much are they A: hold on a minute please. I was wrong you do need a prescription for the B12. My physician informs me I shouldn't need one. Never-the-less, guess I'll have to get one to make my life easier.: (
The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist were rude and very unfriendly. I came in for a simple prescription pickup. The tech and the pharmacist were rude and did not act like they cared at all. The tech seemed very argumentative for no reason. Will not be using this store again.
