They gave me wonderful guest experience and gave me nothing but smile. They payed for my groceries and cure my depression. 10/10 would recommend they did egg-cellent. They healed my big toe and brought my faith into our lord and savior Jesus Christ

I will be so happy when Albertsons buys Kroger.and shuts this incompetent, hood, wratchet, inconsiderate, and the ssssslowest pharmacy staff in all of Dallas DOWN! My weed dealer is more professional and polite.

Inconsiderate and very rude. Young black lady acts as if she hates her job and takes it out on the customers. This has been the case on multiple occasions.

The absolute worst experience of my life. I would give them 0 stars if I could. This pharmacy needs to be shut down. You call your medicine in and it’s never ready. I thought maybe the first time was a mistake but it’s happened multiple times now. I’ll be switching pharmacy locations and suggest you do the same. It will save you a huge headache in the long run.

Seem short staffed but still manage to be friendly and try to help customers. Just need to call ahead of time to make sure prescriptions are ready and if they’re not they’ll make sure they’re ready. Overall, love the pharmacy and the staff.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible customer service! Staff is not professional while answering calls and does not comprehend when taking orders! Or just don’t care! Don’t use this pharmacy if you need your medication to be filled or refilled! Do better! There are too many other pharmacies to use’n

Took my two teens here for a COVID Vaccine. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming, but I found that you are not allowed to ask questions to Paige the pharmacy technician (assistant manager). Since I used the government issued website to find a vaccine location that was not so formal looking like where I received my vaccine, I was under the impression free meant free as mine and several other family members. When I arrived I was asked to present my insurance card. I asked what was the charge for and the lady who was checking us in didn’t exactly know. I asked for some documentation of the charge because there are certain things everyone should know when using insurance including who’s in and out of network. I simply needed to know if this was still a good fit or if I needed to choose another company or location. The pharmacy tech comes from the back asking is there a pro or what’s the question. I begin to ask her the same question and she immediately starts showing attitude (rolling eyes, avoiding contact) like she did t want to be bothered. I never got my question answered because she was just too rude in font of my kids, her staff, and other customers. She finally told the employee she was finishing our papers she can show her card if she wants or not. It’s no cost to you she said from afar it’s free to you. So I told her I pay a premium and I care what my insurance comps is charged and what I’m balance billed.

I showed my card and was told to wait 30 minutes while the vaccine thawed out. I have a toddler hence why I booked an early appointment. The very first appointment was 9 am. I was there at 8: 45 we patiently waited until open. After a while, a family who checked in behind me was called in and given their vaccines. I asked a lady working at the pharmacy register if there was a manager present. At the time I had no idea this was the manager that was being rude and inconsiderate. Another lady told me that Paige was the manage, I was floored. Then, Paige storms out of the separated room with the family and asks “Is there a problem “ at this point she was rude and hostile. She rolls her eyes and told me that you do understand appointments don’t you (implying that I’m dumb) I told her yes and we checked in ahead of the other family. I was trying to be discrete and not offend the other family. I felt like if she was petty enough to make us wait longer because of the first question I had I didn’t want her handling my already nervous children. She told me she was trying to be professional with me and I feel like she came out and yelled like we were having a street fight. She told me the family had been there since 8: 30. Two things… you opened at 9, if you were here at 8: 30 why is the vaccine still frozen. I asked if there was anyone else shopping that needed to go ahead of us.

I have never seen a manager behave in such a manner and I asked if someone else was there to do my kids vaccines. The way she carried on I no longer trusted her. I ended up asking for another employee to stand and watch. I didn’t want her to hurt them because she was upset with me.

Horrible experience indeed! We have to go back for dose 2. I’m praying she is off that day or at least having a better day for the sake of other vaccine needing people. It’s sad that we are encouraged to take a vaccine just to deal with rude administrators.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. The employees on the phone are very rude and no one seems to communicate with each other. I have been waiting 2 days for a cough syrup to be filled. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking for a pharmacy don't waste your time with Kroger. They obviously don't want the business or care about their customers. Why else would they let someone suffer without their medications for 2 days without any communication? The answer: they don't give a damn about their customers.

Supposed to open at 9am and it is now 9: 25 am and it still isn't open. And, Kroger management hasn't come over to tell anyone that they will or won't be opening today. At least let everyone who is waiting in line know of it will actually open or not. When I asked staff, all they could say is that "they are aware of the problem".

Terrible pharmacy, specifically the pharmacist. He said he’d only fill my prescription partially and cancel the remaining three weeks. When I told him he didn’t have the authority to do that (only the prescribing doc can do that), he continued lying to me and wouldn’t give me his name or business card. Already filed a complaint with the pharmacy board. He should not be practicing nor lying to patients! He didn’t know I deal with prescriptions and pharmacies all day at work, and would call him out on his BS! Don’t listen to this pharmacy! Go somewhere else to protect your health!

Stood in line over 20 mins for a Covid Vaccine only to get to the register and be told “O Iyour in the wrong line “ and must stand in another one just as long Wow No empathy for ME as a Client at All. I suggested they post signs so no one else goes thru the unnecessary wait as I Did.only response I received was It’s our first day vaccinating for Covid (is this my fault) Not a good look! So if your not one of their favs Stay Away from this Pharmacy and their lack of consideration!
