I had a horrible terrifying experience with this pharmacy manager his name is Stephen he decided to close the pharmacy before 8 o’clock which is the closing time I came to the drive-through with my daughter who has down syndrome sitting in the car seat trying to get my prescription and the wind was already close that was before 8 o’clock right at 7: 59 PM I had to park the car get my daughter out of her car seat and go inside to get my prescription then the pharmacist Stephen Told me we’re closed you should’ve came before 8 o’clock and not wait till last minute we back-and-forth quite a bit and he acted as if he wants the store manager telling me get out of here don’t shop here don’t come here anymore! He ended up giving me the prescription interfering in my own life and my own daily schedule trying to tell me why did not you come earlier and he kept telling me this over and over until the Kroger manager came who was very kind his name is Chris from there we agreed that he pulls the camera to see who is telling the truth and I expect Cres to see you that I did pull into the drive-through off Kroger’s pharmacy before 8 o’clock and it was closed my question is if he was going to give me the medication anyway why did he have to go through all this argument why did he go by the standard test rules of customer service and give me the medication feeling me next time try to come early sir but he did not tell me that I am very much disappointed by his actions and the fact that he tried to act more than his authority by telling me to leave the store. Kroger‘s. Not only the pharmacy until Christopher the store manager came and I told him I need to do other shopping here I’m here from there took my complain I am extremely mad I couldn’t believe that this was coming from a pharmacist at Kroger‘s!

Been going here for 20 years. Management changes. Sometimes it's HIDEOUS. Right now, it's a great store.

Melissa is very rude the pharmacy staff is horrible accept one Spanish gentleman that works here that is super nice. Next I’ll be asking for him

First time at this kroger pharmacy. Whoever the woman was at the drive through was VERY rude. I let her know I only needed certain meds and also let her know I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication from my doc office. She slams the phone down and starts shaking her head like I was causing her a huge inconvenience. From the time I got to the window to the time I left she had an attitude. I understand we all have busy and frustrating days at work but for someone who is in customer service and always tries to treat people with courtesy, I thought this was extremely un-professional. It takes so much more energy to be rude to people. I will not return to this kroger for my medication.

I waited, 10 minutes, but the great technician was correcting my information in GoodRx. This saved me over $200.00 on my prescriptions.

I love this Kroger, so I have been hoping the pharmacy would improve for years, but I am now contacting our family doctors to change our pharmacy on file. Our prescriptions are rarely available the day of- sometimes even after calling ahead and being assured medication would be ready for pick-up. Yesterday, I was told to come back today to pick up some amoxicillin (!) for my daughter, and today I was asked to come back tomorrow or else pick up in Hurst. We've had too many similar experiences over the past 5 years and are now moving on. Too bad.

Won't fill class II prescriptions two days early like other pharmacies. So now I have to go with my Adderall for a two week vacation. This is not healthcare.

I have been there 10 years and they are by far the rudest techs and pharmacists I have ever seen. NO ONE there is ever on the same page. They do and say whatever to get customers to go away. They NEVER have enough people working. It is a filthy place to fill you meds at. I pulled all mine to Walgreens. I never ask to fill my ambien early. This one month I ask and they tell me ii can then another says I cant. Its 3 days early. After a track record of 10 years they should know I am not a drug abuser. They insisted on making me feel terrible for asking.i won't by groceries there after 20 years of being a Kroger only shopper. Never again!

Horrible horrible service. I would get a text message informing me my meds are ready for pickup, but when I would stop by after work they wouldn’t even have it processed to be filled. Then THEY would give me additude because I would be upset.even try to place the blame on me.

Very rude and snobby towards their customers. Most of them acted like they didn't want to be there or do there jobs. They told me my husband's medicine would be ready by 7 at 3: 30 and I'm still sitting here at 7: 45 and it's not ready.
