Every single time I call they somehow just received it. Even if it was sent several hours ago. Same excuse every time. I have to call them every time to see if it’s ready for them to start working on it.

I’ve been using Kroger pharmacy for years! They are fast when you put in a prescription order. Pharmacists are usually friendly! Unfortunately my new insurance does not provide them in the network, so I have to go elsewhere) :
