I purchased a device for my dad that was supposed to vibrate when his phone rang, so he could answer phone. He is blind and cannot hear the phone ring when the TV and Alexa are on.

1. The instructions for setup and usage were ridiculously unhelpful and Krown customer service was horribly unkind and did not help at all.
2. The staff where my dad lives threw away the box and original packaging, so I can't return it even though I still have the instructions and all the pieces.

I do not recommend this company at all.
