Krystall Hotel Pharr/McAllen

The attention was excellent except for things that I understand are not in your hands to solve, such as the lack of internet, essential in these times, the first impression is not the best but upon entering the room it fulfills its mission of providing a restful rest, simply clean view but behind the furniture or under them a bit of cleaning is needed which goes unnoticed if you don't drop something, towels that look like hand towels, I had to go buy some, but well for one night nothing happens. They have an excellent location if they paid more attention to details it would be excellent for short trips.

Awful experience left for about 6 hours and came back to some stuff missing out of my room tried speaking to management and nothing was done
