I had mold in my apartment. I reported it and they said it was 'dust and condensation'. I had to pay over $500 dollars to have a 3rd party company test it because it was making me physically ill. It was mold. The company they hired to clean all the mold out of the air ducts damaged the wall and they charged me for it. Dishwasher broke second month I lived there on a 12 month lease. Kept reporting it and they finally got it replaced the day I moved out TEN MONTHS LATER. They also charged me for having to have a flea infestation cleaned when it came from a neighbor. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people.
