KTX Window Cleaning is AWESOME! Always on time, professional, and my windows are SQUEAKY clean!

I had KTX Window Cleaning clean the windows and glass doors in our whole house (and on site granny apt) after a dusty and dry summer and fall The cleaners left and I felt for once I could see out of those windows again! The estimator showed up as planned, very nice answered all of my questions. The technician showed up promptly, was very professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows. I was unaware that there is no use of a water hose and so any dust, dirt, bugs etc.that are on the trim or between the windows doesn't get cleaned at all. Just sharing so that you know. My recommendation for next time is to use whatever means you have to clean the areas/ patio around the windows before they come to do the windows. After they come it's too late.
Update: The owner called me about this review and wanted to come look at the job. They arrived and they did do what I paid for, but they wanted to be sure I was happy and so did try to clean up the areas around the windows without messing up my newly cleaned windows. I would highly recommend and they aim to please and like I said in my original post, the windows look great.

I will always use KTX. You may find cheaper but you’ll never find better. Worth every penny! Best money spent always! They are beautiful. Looks like no glass at all!

I used KTX Window Cleaning for 3 services; window cleaning, rescreening my 20 year old screens and power washing my driveway.
