Kung Fu Tea reviews
32 Give this place the benifit of the doubt, honestly, i have only been there once. If I do go again, I will update my review and fill it in better. Go give it a try too and give it a well-rounded review. Not my favorite place, the look of the place was nice but, for reasons i cant explain, the atmosphere felt weirdly tense, although that could be because it was late in the day. The tea was acceptable, the honey milk tea was very nice but the green tea was very dry, I would say that because my mother chose no sweeteners and no milk, the mango bursting boba was good though
I didnt notice any attitude problems with the cashier, im not exactly looking to have a bad day, ya know.
I wasnt allowed to use the restroom due to a restriction in the area, understandable really.
They had quite a few wall plugs which was nice and they had plenty of seating.
The food vending machine was neat, didnt get anything from it because I wasnt hungry, I had never seen one before.
As I said before, give this place the benifit of the doubt, honestly, i have only been there once. If I do go again, I will update my review and fill it in better. Go give it a try too and give it a well-rounded review.
The best KFT location from all we tried. Communication sometimes difficult but hey I can bypass that for the great drink.
“Manager” refused to get me double boba with “reason” that she needed to save it for other customers. Excuse me but I’ve been buying teas at this location for over a year and no employee supposed to treat customers like that as well as showing attitude! I’m buying tea not asking for a charity treat alright? ! Also when she gave us the tea she threw straws at us
Mango slush with tapioca. Found 3 pieces of plastic or aluminum in my drink.won’t be going here again
We love their drinks but not so much the service:
we do like most of their drinks, even though some of their drinks have extremely high sugar content, so make sure to ask them if it is sweet or not.their sugar amount standard are very different from one would think.we do like that everything they have is on a big screen with photos, so that it makes it super easy for you to choose.what we do not like.there is no way you can change the ingredients of a drink.they just wont do it.and even if changing means just not adding something, they still wont do it.
I once wanted a drink, that usually does not come in "SLUSH" form, in slush and there was no way they were going to do it even if it wont change absolutely a thing in the making and even if you would pay the difference.
My 1st visit to Kung Fu Tea.
Went with my daughter while waiting for our food from "Napa Udon". The drinks were both delicious.mine was better lol
Sorry Kyah
Guy working the counter was very rude. Acted like one of their items didn’t exist. Had to point at a picture for him to understand while he would give attitude.
Absolutely disgusted by the service I witnessed today February 9th at around 1: 30 pm. An Asian gentleman who worked there was yelling at female customer for being wrong about an item on the menu. I've never seen that kind of treatment before. The item on the menu was actually correct. It seemed like he was misinformed. I'm appalled that he would talk to a customer like that. I don't think I'll be returning there again.
It can get really crowded but the drinks are pretty good. I usually get milk tea with tapioca, or Oreo milk tea. I recently tried the matcha milk top and getting a large of that added up to over $7! So expensive, but it’s pretty good.
Good environment but they were very cheap with their toppings and they refused to give me more boba when I asked they said I had to pay a fee even though they barely put any in it. The choices of good drinks was very limited could use a lot of improvement.
This is my go-to place for boba tea, although I do go to some of their other houston area locations ocassionally. I originally heard about Kung Fu Tea on instagram after seeing it pop up on my feed, so I decided to check it out. I usually get the Taro Milk tea with boba and its pretty good. As a creamy drink, its not too heavy and is quite refreshing. Nice modern atmosphere, a great place to study although this location does get pretty busy.
The drinks are good and a good place to study they have wifi. The people who work their look so bored made me feel bad for them, and when I asked a question they didn't even talk and just showed me a paper, but they did answer my question.
I went to KungFu Tea at 9p.m on Thursday Sep 20th 2018. There was a waitress serving me with very bad attitude. She talked to me with an unacceptable tone and a uncomfortable face.
I suggest the manager should do something with this employee
The drink is wonderful.
Lactose free milk does make the milk tea loose the milky taste and smell that defines a good milk tea, but at least I won't be burping all night. This latest drink is delicious and unique.
Best boba in houston.it’s the most similar to what I’ve had in taiwan.the tapioca is always the perfect texture.my favorite is the milk green tea, but everything is good (except almond but that’s personal preference)
This place has finally got me on this boba tea fad. I get the oreo wow shake with tapioca sinkers. Great meet up spot but needs more seats.
DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible service! They're all So RUDE. They all talking so mean and sound like don't want to get the orders from the guests. The cashier lady today gave my friend an attitude just because he was asking nicely if he can add honey to his lemon green tea instead of sugar. I’m never coming back here again
Shouldn't charge a $10 min when 90% of the menu items are less than 5.
Drinks are also super sweet.
Love the kung fu milk tea! Staff is not attentive. The kung fu app gives less points then their previous reward program. You get points per visit not by how much you buy during the visit. So pay for each drink with multiple transactions on the app in order to level up and get your free drink.
This is one of the best place in Katy to get boba. The atmosphere here is modern and has tons of tables and outlets to study here too. One of the best drink here is the honey jasmine green tea with crystal boba. This location is not as good as the location in Bellaire but it's still on par with Kravin here which is also located in Katy.
