Kung Fu Tea reviews
19 Absolutely disgusting. Employees ARE NOT WASHING HANDS!
I went in to order a tea & figured that I would use their restroom first. I walked into the ladies' room to find ZERO toilet paper & ZERO SOAP! How was this employee washing her hands to return to work? ! Oh, probably just using hand sanitizer. There were about 30 bottles! The men's room had one roll of toilet paper.
The employee that was working was eating her lunch in the lobby area & just left it to make my tea. Didn't wash her hands or anything! I just threw the tea away on my way out.
I attempted to contact the manager via the number that's plastered on the register, but they haven't gotten in touch with me!
Went here as a first timer. All I can say is wow I was stunned with the waterfall art as soon as you walk through the door. Plenty of seating in lobby, they had a cool swing chair in lobby that I was able to relax in upon my drinks being made. I ordered two drinks per recommendation it was the coca cream wow. All I can say is wow I’m a fan of boba smoothies and never did a milk tea and I’m sold now, definitely a new favorite spot when in the area thank you to your team and establishment for a great time quick delivery on drinks and keeping your customers first and making sure we leave pleased.
Bought 10 drinks today and they did not have anything plastic bags or boxes to put in. No cup holders or anything. They expect you to carry all 10 drinks 1 by 1 to the car especially when we are traveling over an hour for the drinks.
This place has the best tea in all of wichita falls. If you don't like boba never fear! You don't even need to have it in your drink. But if you like boba, there are many choices for you to put in your tea.
The cashier was incredibly rude. She doesn't smile, gives judgy body language, and she taps her fingers on the counter. I didn't even take long. At least act like you care and want to be there. The drink she made was not good at all. The furniture is unkept and dirty as always. This place use to be popular and thriving. Great customer service. Now it just seems like it's dying out. Disappointed. Will not be coming back here.
It wasn’t busy at all but it took forever for them to make our drinks. When we got it, it tasted of sour milk. When I confronted them, the girl at the counter was super rude about it and then made such a fuss about remaking a new one saying that it was a waste. So I’m standing there arguing that I didn’t pay for spoiled drinks. They didn’t have any boba and their menu is very appealing. I don’t care for the service. If they think it’s ok to argue w the customer who is letting you know that the drink tastes bad… you’re in for a rude awakening because customers are your advertisers and he’ll over high water if I would promote service as poor as this. Customers pay good money that they worked hard for to enjoy things and this isn’t something I would push for them to spend on.
No soap, no toilet tissue, no paper towels in the ladies room disgusting. Sooo the female employees not washing their hand
This was my first time going to Kung Fu Tea. It is a very nice, clean, and fairly quiet place. Great drinks. Different than what I'm used to but very good. I had the TARO MILK GREEN TEA. 10/10 recommend going.
They got my order wrong twice, waitied 50 minutes for my drinks to come out. Completely disorganized. No apology, just a simple laugh and “we’re just now put it in. ” Wasted my time and money there.
Tea is good, but there's always something. Either the card reader isn't working, there's a 25 minute wait for one drink, or you wait to be served for 5-10 minutes. I have actually had a tea one time out of the three times I've been.
Tai tea, taro tea is excellent. Beautiful and relaxing water feature. Nice place to get a unique drink.
Sometimes have difficulty placing orders due to language barriers but the drinks are always delicious and the atmosphere is always so fun and chill.
Walked in 2 hours before they closed.
They didn’t have several items that were online, that’s okay. I picked something else and she said they didn’t have it. After I picked a third item and had been standing there 5 minutes, she tells me she’s now closed. She didn’t tell us they were closed when we walked in. Terrible customer service for someone who just wanted a drink. Sadly this is the second similar visit.
The place was clean and the inside was very nice and unique. There were nice and very comfy chairs. There also tables and outlets in case you wanna get your work on. There is free parking too.
I wasn't impressed. We moved here from Central Texas where we had Bloom. Bloom's service was garbage, but their menu was much better than Kung Fu. I had the macha milk and just thought it tasted powdery and really watered down. My companion had the purple almond drink, Taro, and his was really good but still a bit watery. The girl at the counter was really sweet but it was as if she was trying to run the whole shabang by herself which is a little sad.
Constantly out of half of their menu, lounge area dirty. Have to order through a machine that wants you to tip. Hopefully they fix these issues.
I've had their Mango slush, passion fruit slush, and Chai tea, and everything is delicious and the service has always been friendly!
I want to love this place, but I just can’t with the following issues:
-The furniture is either stained, filthy, sticky, or all of the above.
-They’re always out of the good stuff. After going through the kiosk menu and finally settling for something they actually have, I pay, and then the order is transmitted to the worker who notifies me that they’re out of that thing too.
Nice place, great selections, fabulous ambience I got the passion fruit slushy with mango boba that pops in your mouth rather than the chewy ones. They have both and the juice filled ones come in a variety of flavors. Worth a stop to check it out. Go by
