This pawn shop lets random people come in and use another persons name without checking identification. They are not friendly and aren’t quick to help if needed. I had pawned a tv and the shop was using my remote for their personal television and couldn’t locate mine when I came back to pick it up. Not very good customer service at all. I’m not upset with this particular store, I just don’t believe that their ethics are good.

This is probably the worst pawn shop I have ever done business with. Usually pawn shops are concerned about their reputation but not this one and not Brent. I have the pleasure of buying a counterfeit Les Paul by Gibson guitar from them. Before I made the purchase I checked the serial numbers with Gibson and it was manufactured in September of 2017. After purchase I took it to a local Gibson dealer to have some minor work done to it. I found out at that time that it was not a Gibson Les Paul but a counterfeit that I was sold. I contacted Gibson with photos and they confirmed what the guitar store had informed me of. I went back to them and was told that all sales are final. I noticed that they have signed sports memorabilia and autographs in a display case I was wondering how many of those were real also as I was told at the time that the Gibson Les Paul was an authentic model. Buyer beware. After attempting a return I was told all sales are final and they do not do returns. I feel as if I was had and might well be. I can only issue a warning buyer beware.
