Only one there and took 40+ mins for oil change. Convenient and when I have a low tire they put air in it so I feel an obligation to use them for service but damn that’s a long time without anyone else in front of me must have done a really good job checking my fluids

Way overpriced! Service was so-so. Then they start telling me I need repairs I know I don't need. I cannot recommend this place. A bit scandalous.

I enjoy the quick and detail service provided by Kwik kar auto service. Everyone ask questions to ensure they get it right for you, and they do so with a friendly smile.

Every time I come here they always surprise me! (In a good way).

They go up and beyond on there service. They checked my filters and they really needed to be changed. I love the fact they were looking out for me!

Best crew of certified techs. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. Yes, they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Pride in workmanship is hard to come across these days, and they always go the extra mile.

My maroon 2010 nissan altima looked about the same other than the 2 main parts of the vehicles I would've done myself but opted to allow someone else to do it if the rest of the car would be detailed. My headliner was not touched. I was quoted $175 when a year ago the other Kwik Kar charged $150 and didn't have to check around to find someone to give me a quote. Also the interior was worse back then. I do not like half done jobs just because certain parts look clean from afar. And to claim they were on it all day only added insult to injury because I waited at the other kwik kar for less than 2 hours and it was worse. I dropped my car off at 8 called at 2 and was told they would call back when it's done. They called back shortly after 3 for me to come get the car. I was not impressed. I could've been happy with the way my arm rest and center console turned out but as I stated I could've done it myself. I've detailed cars growing up. I was truly disappointed thinking I would get the same experience as the other Kwik Kar. It went down heel from the moment the guy stared at my car like it's a big job then quoted me $175. Then had to let the cashier know what I was charged. It did not go down that way at the other kwik kar. The woman that quoted me never touched my car. I will attach the head liner images once I pick my car up from my mechanic.

Different than the last few years. Maybe new management. They used to offer AAA discounts. We used to receive quotes via email with photos for repair estimates, with clearly defined repair timeline. This was definitely not the case for our last repair.

I found out that Mike recently retired and sold his business. I wish Mike the very best. I have not visited since Mike sold the business. It looks like the new owner is using all new folks from what my wife was telling me in her most recent visit. Certainly owner’s prerogative but Mike’s staff were tremendous. I drove over 25 miles to Mike’s shop. While I have no basis to comment on the new ownership, it looks like they have many locations with more typical reviews. I will look for a shop more close to my home for service.

I had been a customer for over 20 years. I consider Mike’s shop one of the best in the Metroplex. The work was always of excellent quality, the diagnostic abilities of his team is spot on, and the integrity of Mike and his crew inspires confidence that the work will be done well. Not only do they do great work, it must be a great place to work. Mike has far less turnover of people than you typically find in other shops. Why do I drive 25 miles just to get an oil change? Not only to support his business, but they do a thorough diagnostic check of my car so I can assure that I do preventive maintenance before any item becomes major.

I always go there for oil change or for other services. They are very nice and quick. Everyone is friendly there.

Never bad service when I use this shop, the lead mechanic is a magician and the new manager will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thanks Kyle and Chris for the oil change. I was in and out in a flash even though they were super busy. Appreciate everything yall do and keep it up Jessie

Took the car here for oil leak. They charged us $800 to replace the gasket and valves. The oils leak problem was not fixed. Still leaking from the same spot. I asked them to recheck the problem. They said the oil is leaking from the top and it is not something they can help with. They just told us to bring the car to another shop. They also refused to issue a refund.

Customer service was horrendous. They keep talking over you and would not listen. Calling us rude, a fraud and threaten to call the police.

I want to know why they can’t identify the issue on the initial check up. Why would they take on the job if they couldn’t fix the problem. Why don’t they own up the mistakes and just issue the refund?

$800 lost with the same an oil leak and full of disappointment.

What a shady business they're running. I had a very opposite experience compared to some other reviewers. They seem completely dishonest AND if they were actually honest, can't even provide proof to show for it.

I took my car in for an oil change and to fix an oil leak, and the mechanic point out a part that needed to be replaced so I give them an OK to fix it. The repair excluding the oil change probably would have cost around $600 - I paid then picked up my car. Shortly after that, I noticed another leak around the same spot on the floor so I brought it back for another inspection. They now said they see the oil coming from another spot close to the motor, but they're not able to fix that job there and would need to take it to another place. OK so why r u telling us this now? How is that problem not discovered the first time around, when I took my car in for the very reason? As a customer I began to question your dignity in the way you do business, and also the quality of work you do. So at this point I already lost trust in your business.

Also I don't understand why mechanics don't take pictures or something to prove the quality of the job done. You can tell me all you want that u fixed whatever u fixed, but if u see the same problem happening, would you trust that person again to finish the job? I've seen other body shops take photos just to show the work they did. I'm sure I'm not the first person who asked to show photos for the job they did.

Readers: PLEASE go somewhere else, where they're EXPERT mechanics. PLEASE save the headache of having to deal with a team of crooks unlike me.

I was referred to this Kwik Kar by a friend that always takes his car there for repairs. Well, I see why. The staff and mechanics are so courteous and do a great job. I feel like I got a great job for a very good price. I recommend this location. Jessica was so easy to communicate with. Thanks for such a great job!

Giving 2 stars because of The “new management”. On the website there is a 15% off for customers that haven’t visited in the last 12 months. They first said that wasn’t on their website and they don’t accept other kwik car coupons- I said it was on their location website and they said oh it might be on there accidentally and was going to check if the manager would honor it.then they called me back and said it was misleading but it’s for customers that have visited before-just not in the last year. Honestly would have taken my car else where at that point based on principle And how immature management is that they can’t just say it was an error on their website and they can’t accept it, but I already dropped my car off. As a customer nothing loses my service and loyalty more than people who are dishonest and can’t own their mistakes. Disappointing because it’s so convenient and right next to work.

Other than that the guy that did the service was nice and prompt- it’s not his fault the management sucks.

Customer-friendly and I was in and out in 45 minutes. They do ask for your keys that was something I was uncomfortable with. Oil change cost me just a little over a hundred bucks which I find more on the expensive side. (this is my first time doing an oil change at a shop) The student discount was only 5 bucks off which I felt was too little.

Great place to get an Oil change or a Vehicle Inspection like I did. Friendly service, free coffee, and I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Been coming here for years, the staff is friendly and helpful and most prices are on the wall in lobby. Love this place
