Kwik Kar Camp Bowie, Fort Worth TX

Been here a few times, moving in a couple of weeks so I’m sad this place will no longer be close by. They’ve always been really helpful.

Didn't use recommended weight oil by manufacturer and refuse to put recommended oil in my car after asked to.

A couple oil changes ago, I stopped by here on a Sunday because I can't get away from my new job during the week. A very helpful man named Cedric serviced my vehicle and pointed out a couple other items to pay attention to. I've now had 3 visits and Cedric has helped me out each time. I really appreciate his friendly and informative service and how he let me know what he saw without being pushy about getting it done

Do NOT take your car here. Andrew the service tech tried to recommend an additional $500 worth of work that didn’t need to be done. Told me my front brakes were at 15% life and my rear brakes were metal on metal. When in fact my front brakes were at 60% life and my rear brakes were around 40%. Typical shop that tries to take advantage of its returning customers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Kwick Kar Camp Bowie is by far the best car shop I’ve gone to and it’s only due to the team they have working there. They care about their customers and aren’t just looking for the next dollar to squeeze out of you. Sedrick and Andrew helped me out with my car yesterday and they were awesome! Sedrick was honest and patient with my many questions I had. I don’t know much about cars and appreciate when someone will take the time to explain what’s going on to me, and he did exactly that! Taking your car to the shop is never a good time but these guys make it better, thank you!

I had trouble getting a state inspection from my usual place. Looked up alternate businesses, and Kwik Kar showed as the closest to me. When I got there, the first thing I noticed was that they were military friendly. They had all the branches of the military displayed on their door. I checked in and sat down and barely had ti.e to get settled, and they were done! Great experience and defbetter ser ice!

I went to kwik car for an estimate on fixing my car from hitting a curb. They verbally estimated 7,000 with a long list of things that were bent, broken, and needed to be replaced. Fortunately I always get second and third opinions. I went to another place who quoted me 900.00 and said all the things they were told to me that were broken and bent were not. They even showed me they were in good condition and that I only needed a strut with an alignment. Once that was fixed my car drove great and haven’t had any trouble with it. I understand everyone has to feed their family and everyone likes to make a dollar (I know I like to make money too) but this is a little ridiculous and dishonest. I’m very disappointed in kwik car as I always come here for oil changes and haven’t had any issues until now. I am sad for people who do not get second and third opinions. If you don’t shop around people take advantage on the fact you don’t know a lot about cars and will take you to the cleaners.

Very professional staff and I will be back. Impressed by the efficiency and customer service on a busy weekend.

Two state inspections back to back. No wait, in and out in under a half hour. Great service!

Drove up to the bay door to get an oil change
The attendant met me at my door and was very cheerful and polite. He took my keys to drive it into the bay.
I asked how much a full synthetic change would be.
He said $80.
I went inside to fill out the paperwork and pay. The guy inside said it was $95.
I told him the guy outside had said $80.
He told me the prices had gone up.
We went out to talk to the 1st guy I talked to. I asked why he said $80 if it was really $95.
All he said was, " we can take $7 off. "
It just felt really weird. Like they were scamming me or something.
I told them never mind and left.
Went to the Kwik Kar on University.
(I've been going to that one for the last 5 oil changes)
Their price for full synthetic was $75.
One of the guys at University had worked at the one on Camp Bowie, and didn't like it.
Something is not right over there.
Unless price is no object for you,
I highly recommend the quality service and courtesy you will find at the Kwik Kar on University Dr.

Went for inspection. I really liked how courteous the staff was. The waiting room was nice enough. This place is at the top of the list of places I would consider for oil change and inspection

Out with my daughter and we pulled in for a state inspection. We were in and out super fast.

Got my oil change a week ago great service and great team. All of the team was helpful and sufficient. Best price you can get.definitely coming back.

I always get 5-star service here, but tonight they went above and beyond by staying open about 20 minutes late so I can get my car back before work Monday morning.

Months ago they changed the oil and engine and cabin filters on my truck, everything was fine. This time I had the same service on my car. This time I met new faces and new staff, I had a very bad experience because after 3 days my car was checked by a mechanic and he realized that the box and the engine filter were badly installed, the engine sucked air without filter and consequently the sensor got dirty and marked the check engine, the mechanic also checked the oil level and realized that they had put more oil in it, therefore the engine when combusting the pressure that destroyed the engine packaging and It began to spill oil everywhere so the sensor and engine gaskets had to be changed, making an unnecessary expense due to the bad service they did in that place, a very very bad experience this time.be very careful as one leaves our cars reliably in the hands of professionals or with experience and they do their job poorly

A great place to go for state inspections, they get you in and out in a timely manner. Just make sure your VIN is correct on the paperwork!

Use them to perform all the general maintenence on my pickup. Costs are reasonable and work is good. Recommend.

Andrew is the go to guy for all your car repair needs. If your looking for somewhere to go that you can get what your paying for. This is the place. Thank y’all for taking care of my car
