Horrible place i took my vehicle there was told the issue definitely sounded like one thing. Called Toni the next day was told it was something completely different went to pick it up the following day just to find out they said it was the original issue that was brought up first. So just got screwed for $650 and the vehicle is still doing exactly what i needed them to fix. Just worthless

My dear friend went there and got something broken on his vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue they made excuses saying parts were worn out, and It’s a 2016 vehicle. My friend and his wife said they heard it when it happened, the mechanic admitted to it, and they still didn’t assist in repairing the vehicle and tried to act as fixing their mechanical issue was a courtesy. I dislike how they treated my friend at their business and I don’t believe I will ever go there, if they can’t hold their self responsible for damaging my car

Im moving out of town and sad to let this shop go! If your vehicle is like your baby this is the place to go. Its a very warm environment. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. I went in on an emergency repair and they even gave me a ride home while they fixed my vehicle. Pricing is always fair as well. Highly recommend!

Kwik Kar Killeen tuned my vehicle up and it is running better the mechanics let you know upfront the problem and what you need to have did they aren't overpricing and they dont try to get over on you with stuff you dont really need did to your vehicle this is my first experience with them and will continue to bring my vehicle to them for service.

Quick and easy service. The guys were friendly and efficient! I pulled in for an oil change and state inspection, and everything was done in less than 15 minutes. The employees brightened my day with their friendly banter. They really seemed to take pride in their work. I will be returning for any services and need! Thanks!

Horrible place I contacted bbb about a situation with them and they didn’t even want to answer there phone calls to resolve the issue they screwed us out our money we had to go someplace else to fix what they had claimed they had fix

Great service, quick process, and really sweet people. I felt very comfortable waiting and she even replaced my air filter at no charge. This is my only place Ill go.
