Saturday Morning/Afternoon crew are all excellent! I pulled in for a state inspection and was out in 15 minutes. Everyone was super professional, nice, and hard-working. Give these guys a raise!

This location was very quick. They got an oil change and inspection completed in less than 30 mins. The only down side is that the price has gone up for full synthetic and cost $100 for an oil change. Would be helpful to have coupons like Valvoline has, but otherwise I was very pleased with this location.

The only place I go for my state inspections. Quick, efficient abd friendly crew. The Best in Rowlett

I've been coming here for oil changes and other minor work for a little over a year now. What keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere and excellent care that the employees bring to their job. More establishments should be like this!

For an oil change on my Toyota Corolla, it was very fast, convenient, and badly overpriced. I'd say try to go somewhere else, but you can do worse than this one. 4.5/10

I visited this business today to get the headlight on my Accord replaced. They were very busy and I was in a hurry too. In spite of being unexpectedly pulled over to get my issue fixed asap and Irrespective of how busy they were Kenny was willing to pay close attention to my issue and was extremely courteous and very professional in addressing my concerns. I got everything done in no time! We have visited this business multiple times for State Inspections, Oil changes etc.and it's such a great place to be. The other Employees, Rolando and Pablo are phenomenal and also have a tremendous work ethic as well. They value the customers time and money as much as theirs. When I go get a State Inspection, the main thing I'm looking for is speed and these guys have speed! I walked in at 5: 12pm and there was a vehicle in front of me, but I still walked out at 5: 44. They set the correct expectation with me that it was going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait before the car went in.

The gentleman that helped me was very efficient. He had good customer service and that's all I'm not looking for.

I liked them a lot that I came home and told my wife that she can take her car there for her inspection. It's a convenient place for us as we pass it to and from work and church.

They have Tap and that's a bonus! A great place, with great and fast service

Just across the street from my work! I moved here recently and haven't found a shop I trust yet. I stopped in for an inspection and this will be my place from now on.

They refuse to work on your vehicle if it’s too “difficult” and/or “time consuming. ” Completely unprofessional.

Clean, fast, and professional! Waiting area was warm and comfortable on a cold day which is great! Bathrooms are very clean and wheelchair friendly which is really hard to find when considering it is an car care center! Highly recommended!

Rinaldo was extremely helpful and professional. They came to my house when my battery died and replaced it right away. Everyone there has been extremely professional and kind which is a big deal to a senior who needs car help. I have used them many times and they always explained the problem, solved it and for a reasonable price. They are great!

I will never stop recommending this place. I always come here for my oil change and just this morning I had to have my truck towed over to them. Rolando and his team is seriously so great! Just talking to them helps soothe any stress and anxiety of having to tow a vehicle.

I have been a customer here for a couple years now. I've seen different teams come and go and right now Rolando and his team have been nothing but amazing. They are professional and personable. They explain to me what's going on without making me feel dumb. This has been my favorite team of employees since I became a customer. The last two guys that worked here were so horrible I was hesitant to come back, but I'm so glad I did because Rolando welcomed me and has helped me with so much on both my car and my husband's truck! As long as him and his team run this shop, I'll always be a customer!
