First time at this kwik kar to get an inspection and the technician was very friendly. He engaged my wife and I in conversation the entire time he was working. Will definitely return for future business.

Absolutely awful these guys had my 03 Tahoe for 2 days when I dropped it off they said the would test the problem and give me a call same day no call and none called, so I called and spoke to a man he lied about it being tested. Because when I went up there today after still no call, there computer systems didn’t say anything I took back my truck and fixed the problem myself
Very personal and friendly. Timely, but not in a hurry. Thorough communication throughout the visit. Social distancing options available. I was able to remain in my car for both the oil change and state inspection.
Great experience. Spanish dude was awesome.forgot his name but really a pleasure to deal with. He even washed my engine top for free. Then the full service car wash wash awesome. Great experience.ill be back!
I needed an oil change for my daughters car and out of convenience went to another establishment closer to my house. They not only didnt have my first choice but also my second choice (they carry both brands). Needing full synthetic I drove down to Kwik Kar and although all bays were full, they motioned me in behind another vehicle where I expected to be waiting for sometime.to my surprise, about 3 minutes later I was popping the hood and following instructions carefully and having a nice conversation with several technicians as they were passing back and forth. They had my 1st choice full synthetic and also flushed my power steering (which they recommended because of dirty looking fluid). I had noticed a little fluctuation in the way the steering felt when turning which totally dissappeared after the flush! The price was very fair. The service was quite fast and effective. The personel were friendly and professional. Thank you Kwik Kar. I will be back with my other 5 cars as service is needed. Sincerely, Rick Elder
These guys are always thorough and go that proverbial extra mile that others don't. I've been a regular Kwik Kar patron for over a decade for this reason and will continue to be for as long as this remains the case. I've relocated more than once since my initial experience at the Watauga location. It's a bit of a longer trek for me now than it was 10 years ago but it's still worth it.
Kwik shout out to Service Manager Ernie Mitchell and his mechanic. With the symptoms the vehicle had running poorly we anticipated an expensive repair. They did a thorough trouble shoot and were able to find that it was a quick and simple fix. Appreciate their honesty, thorough yet

The few times I've been here, I've been treated with nothing but respect and understanding. These people are amazing, hard workers and I'd highly recommend them.
The guys were great - walked me through the new procedures due to distancing. They were slammed but made sure they touched base with everyone throughout their service. Will be going back for sure!
I have been watching the Facebook page for this location and after seeing how great it was I decided to find out for myself in person.
I called in and spoke with Ernie who really cared to listen, and showed the initiative to take care of my concerns.
I found your location to be extremely clean, professional and efficient. Brandy was especially helpful when I phoned in to pay and arrange pickup after hours.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS PLACE. I WENT TO DO MY STATE INSPECTION AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. I SPECIFICALLY SAID STATE INSPECTION AND WHEN THE RECEIPT CAME, THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR A SMOG TEST! A SMOG TEST ON MY 2018 CAR, WE DON'T EVEN REQUIRE THAT IN TEXAS. I HAD TO PAY $25 INSTEAD OF $7 BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL COST THAT I DIDN'T EVEN NEED. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO HERE. THEY WILL ADD ADDITIONAL THINGS SO THE BILL CAN BE HIGH. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND ASK FOR THOSE HIDDEN "SERVICES". THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME, LET THEM NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
First of all when we moved to Texas my husband started going there. For 1.5 they have been knowingly putting the wrong oil in his car. We have had extra repairs because of this. And he was over charged each time. My husband is a disabled veteran. Recently the mechanic reported this to us. There was no offer of a refund, he just mentioned it and said it was recorded in the computer. Then he proceeded to forget our veterans discount charging us full price. Now allegedly they put a coupon in the system for next time but the question is, should we go back? They were fast and did what we needed this time but we’ve been being ripped off for a year and a half. They could have really damaged my husbands car. And do I need to mention my again that my husband is a disabled veteran. How disrespectful!
My hood tech, Chris took great care of me and made sure my car got everything it needed and done in a timely manner.
It's a bit more than what I pay at Walmart (closed all their auto centers). Due to the pandemic and I was worried if I would find quality with a reasonable price.
I'd find it here, not only was I able to get top-notch services from these guys but good advise and a free car wash- Now that was GOLDEN!
I took my truck in for an oil change. I had been using the dealer, but was unsatisfied with their service. The sticker indicated an oil change was due in December. The technician checked out the truck and came to tell me that I didn't need an oil change. He explained.that synthetic oil last an extra long time. I was amazed that a business would save me the cost of the oil change. I would never have known that I didn't need it
Had a great experience. Anthony was awesome and able to easily explain what was going on and needed for my vehicle.
Despite repeatedly mentioning I wanted a state inspection, they quoted me everything but that. In the end, I had to repeat the request at billing to get it done, in addition to the other, probably superfluous work done.
Took my 2012 Camaro to get the oil changed and replace in cabin filter.
I got home over night I lost 1 quart of oil, it made a big stain on my driveway, my car was smoking and low oil pressure.
Limp my vehicle back to this shop, i live 1 mile from the shop.
The manager can out and took my car to inspect the problem, he found that their tech twisted the gasket for the oil filter. They promised to send some to clean my driveway, the oil spot is still there.
They took care of everything, I am still going to them, I also use their car wash, they do an excellent hand wash.
