I've always had great experiences here. They've always been kind, courteous, and quick. The oil I use for my vehicle is one they don't normally carry, so I call in advance and they have it at the shop within an hour. They also did my vehicle and motorcycle inspections quickly.

Staff is great. Efficient is the service they provide. Brian was very helpful. Appreciate you all!

Service was horrible. They don't care about customers at all. They were extremely rude. They are just there to take your money.

Who wants to walk outside after work to go home and realize you have a flat tire? ! Well that was me today. My co-worker immediately started calling to see who could come help. She contacted Kwik Kar and they came immediately. Xander was so sweet and kind. He changed my flat and got me back on the road. I can’t express how grateful I am for them. So if you ever need any work done take it to KwiK Kar. They will definitely keep you going. Thanks again for today. I’m glad to know there are still good people in the world.

I went to this Kwik Kar in 2021 for an inspection. Their equipment was not ready and I would have to wait for it to download before they could do an inspection. I came back twice, the last time at 12: 30 PM to find the equipment was still not ready. I left and I got my service elsewhere.

Today (2022), I tried again. I was behind one customer. That customer left after waiting too long. After I had been waiting 1/2 hour, they took in a customer that just came off the street for an inspection. I asked the customer if he had been waiting outside, he responded that he had just arrived. I left without an inspection again this year.

Very bad experience with this location. I went there for an oil change seeing board “10 minutes Oil change”. One person came out and told me that there will be 20 to 30 minute wait. I was patiently waiting in my car. After 45 minutes also they didnt call me. Almost an hour later I asked him again whats going on. That time he was telling it will take more time, he is not sure how long it is, but there was only one car infront of me. At last after an hour of wait I went to another location and complete the oil change in 10 minutes. These guys was simply wasting an hour of my time for no use. So please dont get into these kinds of situations just seeing their board 10 minute oil change.very very bad experience on a bad weather day

Worst place went for inspection they said car needs new tire. I went to Costco for tires they said the tires are well and good

Went to another shop for inspection they said tires are good for at least 10k miles

Stay away these guys are rip off

This gang is fabulous. Garrett saved my life when the dmv gave me exactly 15 minutes to fix my brake lights (having no idea where I was to get this done last minute). If they hadn't helped me so fast, I would've had to wait another 3 months for a drivers license appointment. Thanks!

I hope this liars go out of business soon. I presented the coupon which came in my home from this place! And I presented before the work started.after the work they said its not kiwk kar anymore and its called "speedy oil change" hence coupon not valid.and charged me $100 for a 40-60 bucks work. I will not go back to them or do not let any of my family or friends go at this place.

Garrett’s service was “over the top. ” He was fast, efficient, and he keeps his promises. In our world today, guys like him are rare and refreshing. Don’t let this guy get away!

I went for an oil change and everything went great. They also have instore coupons which helps. I'm not sold on using them for major repairs. I went back about a week after oil change to have my front brakes checked out. After about 30 seconds of kneeling down to look at my brake I was told my front and back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They quoted me over $1000. Went somewhere else and found out my back brakes were fine and had nearly 6mm left. I'd go back for an oil change because service was good and they were quick, but probably not for major repairs.

I came thinking I could get a quick inspection on my 2022 vehicle before leaving town. They told me I needed a new battery and said my inspection failed due to a sensor reset and there computer system wasn’t syncing with my vehicle. Took my vehicle to the dealership and my inspection passed. My battery was fine and said that sensor was usually reset when someone disconnects the battery.

Stopped by just to have my tire pressure checked and was helped immediately by a very polite young man who refused to accept any money for the service.
