Went in for state inspection and an oil change. Older car so had a few issues to fix but they were very clear about what was simply suggested versus needed. Had a very fair price point on the services provided

Love it the young guy was very knowledgeable about my car and informed me on everything before any work was done and I thank him for that. I highly recommend Valvoline @ Walnut and Audelia.

They are always friendly and prompt.great option to get oil change and yearly emissions test done in one easy and quick process.

TLDR: i got an oil change, eventually after around 1,000 miles i started seeing oil pressure lights and check engine light due to someone not properly closing up the drains and the oil leaked out overtime. If you had service here CHECK YOUR ENGINE OIL LEVEL!

While the job was done that's really all i could say. They maintained a confrontational tone throughout the experience trying to upsell you on air filters, which btw if your cabin air filter is behind the glove box they'll just toss all your stuff on to the floor of your car from your glovebox. Something i also gotten was a air filter for the
interior but after a while i noticed the fan for the AC making a louder noise than it used too which is probably them not installing it right making fan hit the air filter which will probably lead to that getting replaced just.

Eventually after leaving and driving around 1,000 Miles i started to see an oil pressure lights flash, then the check engine light and within like 2 minutes i could feel the engine run rough, was near my home i just went for it and made it. After arriving I turned off the car then read the manual of my car which stated driving with low oil level/ oil pressure could severely damage the engine so basically it was rendered UNDRIVABLE. I check under the hood to find the back side of the engine soaked in oil. Now thanks to this im going to start learning how to do small stuff like this to avoid possibly incompetent people work on my car.

Do not go here, my brother went there to get an oil change and basically got scammed, they gave him a little if not any oil and charged him a lot, the car stopped working a few days ago. My mother also went a while ago and they did not treat her well.

First class service with a stuck oil filter, fast and friendly. Will be back. Customer service is not dead.

I am a female and I didn't feel like I was being taking advantage of because I was a woman. Good experience and well take care of. Very beneficial and affordable. They will definitely educate you on your car if they see anything wrong. They stayed very professional.

Very young Employees were dismissive and didn’t communicate why they refused to perform the state inspection I requested. I was given no information and no paperwork. Just told me bye.

Kwik Kar RUINED MY TRUCK!
My engine was damaged due to a negligent oil change on 08.23.23. This resulted in my truck breaking down on 635 with no oil left in it due to the new filter being installed on top of the previous filter gasket.
Service manager Sam was no help and wouldn't look at me, he left everytime I entered the office to speak and refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing. Sam wrote up that that when I left there were no signs of oil leak present. I have photos and videos of where a puddle of oil was that they threw "oil-dri" over, this continues out of their drive and onto the road.
Sam's responces to me were aggressive and from the second I was dropped off by the tow truck, (which was 2hrs on the hwy at +100°) he was trying to CYA.
I've reached out to Full Speed Automotive and explained the incident on 08.28.23, since then no one has reached out and I can't get in contact with anyone there.
I need help, I use my truck for work.

I had already stopped at two other oil change locations. Both seemed like they did not know what they were doing. One showed me a picture of two different oils
(different price) and asked me which oil I wanted. I don't know. He should have explained to me what is recommended by manufacture and the told me the different prices. I said never mind. But here, I was greeted by a professional and after checking everything he came and got me and showed me several things other than just oil change and explained why and how much each would cost estimated and what was urgent or could wait. Said he would put all on receipt and we could work on each according to when it was needed. He knew everything I asked about.

WOMEN BEWARE! I just had the worst experience at this place! I came last Friday to get an oil change they told me that I had a leak so they could not change my oil until I replace the whole panel. With parts & labor it would be a lil over $600. I told them I would bring it back today (1 week later), my car has been parked all week, & today they say tell me I have a completely different issue that will cost me almost $1700. I don’t understand how from 1 Friday to the next my car repairs have went up over $1000 from the same shop. Of course the man who told me $600 is not there today & The manager who was there was very rude & unhelpful you can tell he hates his job his customer service was terrible. I asked him could he fill up my coolant (I was willing to pay for the coolant) he gave me a very nonchalant dry “no” I can tell he was pissed because I didn’t trust his “diagnosis”. Needless to say I paid them “$95” for the “diagnostic” left & went across the street to Oreillys. They filled my coolant up now I’m at a completely different shop trying to get my car repaired. 0 Stars I do NOT recommend them for anything other than an oil change! They will tell you one thing & try to scam before they are done smh. I only went because they used to be Valvoline & I’ve gotten my car repaired there several times before KWIK CAR took over.

Sam has helped me out time & time again with my cars. From simple oil changes to replacing my ac compressor, he’s been very knowledgeable and friendly! Totally recommend this location! Quick & efficient!

Fast, caring, respectful, intelligent. If only all businesses could run like this. They yell out their process like the military. So cool.

Pretty nice guys to work was quick. They did try to upsell me a couple of times but otherwise I would recommend them

We’d just done a “diagnostic” at O’Reilly that said my Mazda 3 that had trouble starting had a bad starter and a good battery.
I towed it to Kwik Kar and they tested it with a battery and it worked immediately—and the starter was fine.
Sam was super knowledgeable and didn’t even charge for diagnostic since he really didn’t have to do one. He checked the car completely and noted that my rear brakes needed attention soon, so I moved on it. No frills, but good humans and good wifi! Check ‘em out if you’re in the Lake Highlands area. And open till 7 at this location, which is helpful!

I was able to get my oil changed and inspection done! They were incredibly nice, quick, and efficient. The place was clean and I will definitely return.
