Best service in town! Always very fast for oil change & inspection. Super friendly service too.

My wife was in Stephenville Tx.and noticed her car ticking. I had her go to the nearest Kwik Kar to have her oil levels checked and the car was 2 quarts low. We live in Dallas and have her oil changed at the Red Oak Location on Ovilla rd. Why was she charged for a top off. Her oil was changed in October 2022 and we use synthetic which was not due again for 5 months. I realize that you are franchised but if top offs are offered between oil changes then I would think my wife would not have been charged for it.

I just called up there and asked a guy named David the price for inspections and he said extremely rudely " same as everybody else, $7.00" I had no idea how much anyone charged for inspections as this was the 1st place I called. I don't understand why people have become so dang rude. I think this is the 3rd 1 star review I have left in the last 2 days and it takes ALOT for me to do this.it doesn't take much to be kind.people need to lighten up

Needed to get my inspection done today and was told to go to Paraham's well the guy at Parahams wasn't available for the next 2 days so they recommended I go to this place and boy it was super fast and easy! Great customer service and amazing communication skills!

My car leaked oil all over my garage after they changed it. Took it back and they fixed it. They told me they would come to my house and clean the oil up that day but they never showed up.still have not showed up are called. I want be going there again.

Our family loves Kwik Kar. This is the only place we take our cars to. We've used them for years. Very nice and they do a great job every time.

Fast, courteous, and reliable. This place is my go to when i need a oil change. The prices are low enough that it's not even worth changing your own oil.

THE best car place in town hands down for as long as I can remember my fam has taken all of our vehicles there for oil change, regular maintenance, etc.and to use the drive thru carwash or the hand wash stalls Kwik Kar 11/10 for sure

They turned me away an hour before they even close, with the shop door up and no cars in line.

They young man who greeted me was extremely polite and upbeat. The inside waiting area was clean and they got right to the job! (They weren’t goofing off wasting my time) The price was reasonable and they didn’t try and sell me things that weren’t needed. I will be coming back for service on all my vehicles.

First bad experience was getting a full service oil change and getting the whole speech about all the fluids they checked and filled up. Only to have sustained a cracked radiator due to them “checking the fluids and filling them up. ”
Second experience is really my fault for going back but the oil drain bolt was somehow grinded down to where it was round and won’t fit a socket.
I won’t even use their car wash or vacuums anymore. Glad people are making a living off destroying other’s property.

They would get a five stars except for being a pain! Tried to get a state inspection done. They would not accept my insurance card from my phone. Only hard copies. I asked if I could email it so they could print it. No. But I could fax it. I had to call my insurance company and jump through all those hoops. This is the franchise owners policy only. I've never been asked in recent history for a paper copy. Even the police accept the phone copy. Either bring your paper copy or go someplace else and save some time.
