Dryers -always have too many not working.several washing machines as well.bathroom bolted closed

Love this place. Convenient and clean. Close to a Subway so great to walk over and get food or a snack.

This will be the only time I EVER come here. The washer I put my clothes in took my money and there is no attendant to talk to about the the situation. I just hope the machine I hanged my clothes to works. There is a $1 charge to buy the card you have to load money onto to be able to wash your clothes. Poor experience, no customer service. If you come here just know what you are getting into. Disappointed ️

Was the go to spot for a while bc it was cheap and relatively clean and extremely close to my apartment. Decided this week would be my last time back. Most of the washers work with the exception of a few but about 3 dryers are working. Last time we went we had to take our clothes out of the washer to a different laundromat to use the dryer. Have had problems there every time I've gone, the lady behind the counter is nice though. 100% recommend Lavanderia laundromat. Also having washers/dryers that only take a special card is hurting their business, every other place I've been to has has coin slots/debit card readers. So honestly just don’t come here if you want convenience.

Hey, washer and dryer not working this is the place to go. Very inexpensive, simply a good place to get your clothes clean.

One of the worst laundromats ever! Can't believe this place is still running. These washing machines barely work, and if they do they DON'T WASH. It's like they're on the brink of breaking. Plus you can't play with change? You have to use their stupid card system which just is finicky as all hell. DON'T COME HERE.

Very unsatisfied this time. Although it is always very clean and never busy, I wasn't happy with my visit ystrdy being that more than 3/4 of the dryers were NOT WORKING.

This is the worst laundrymat I regret just putting money on my card. Half the machines don't work and are out of order now I am having to wash my clothes all over again bc the washer did not spin them at all. As soon as the money on my card is used I will never come back here again. So basically your money is also being stolen bc you have to wash or dry twice at times. How anyone could rate this place a 5 is beyond me there is also no one ever here so when you do need help with anything there is no one here to help you. Unless you want your money taken from a half working buisness I don't recommend this place what's so ever.

The lady was very nice and made it easy to use lg machines hadn't been to laundry mat in 30 years

We felt like we had enough washers/dryers to choose from once we arrived. Loading the card with money (no coins) was tricky. The experience was good and we would recommend.

Would have loved to wash my stuff there. 1) No coin machine, so you need to use their card system. 2) Card system is broken, so you can't use that either. Waste of time.

The location plus the way Huebner and Babcock intersection is.makes it very difficult to get to this Kick Wash. THIS LAUNDRY MATT IS WELL WORTH IT! I have been using this location off and on since 1988 and have never once found it dirty or unattended!
Today the most helpful little woman couldn't have been more accommodating! They cannot let customers take their baskets to our cars.so she immediately met us at the door.
I was to discover that, for safety reasons, they no longer have the coin changing machines. We only stood in front of the confusing.need to purchase a card then put money on the card and then you can do your laundry.machine for about a minute. Their ever alert attendant sized us up as two old gezzers with no clue how to master that electronic devise.
In her cheerful, unassuming manner, she walked us through the entire process Helped us figure out which machines to use, how to program them and kept checking on us to see if their was anything we needed.
We got to yacking and she came over to tell us that the large comforter we had specifically gone there to clean had, "Rolled up like a Tootsie roll" in the dryer so she had opened that drier to spread it open
Now folks, you rarely get SERVICE LIKE THIS ANY MORE!

Don't know if that Kwik Wash still has the same owner but the standard of EXCELLENCE has never changed. The machines, floors, bathroom were all spotless! GIVE THAT ATTENDANT AN Accommodation PLUS A RAISE

No one was there lost my money in the machines 2 of them in my laundry gain smh and had to pay for more machines no staff there at all to help no one never showed up sad this company needs to do better

This place is BAD BAD BAD! It used to be relatively good. Now more than half of the machines don’t work and homeless people are living in it. Oh and absolutely nobody is here working. What has happened? My advice stay the hell away. And go ANYWHERE else

This place is TERRIBLE!
Over half the machines are out of order. The place so tiny, dark and cramped, its almost scary.
I only saw one, maybe two folding tables and it looked like someone pulled them out of a dumpster.
As I wandered around looking confused trying to figure out how to operate the machines. There didn't appear to be any management to offer any assistance. I figured out that
You have to purchase a payment card through some iffy looking thing on the wall. After my third unsuccessful attempt to operate it, I decided to just walk out.
I do not recommend this place to anyone with any sort of class.when you can go a little further down the road to a place called LAVANDERIA LAUNDROMAT. Which I highly recommend. 10 STAIRS.

Clean but there were lots of washers and dryers not working so had to wait and made time washing extra long spent 5 hours here.

I have never enjoyed going to a laundry mat before going to this one. The ladies that work there are so amazing. I wish they were open 24

Half the dryers don't work, A young woman that was there doing her laundry was cotinuasly bothered by a homeless man until I stepped in, so he left, use Caution when visiting this place
