Not only was the process of ordering online quick and easy, but they're quick to resolve any issues that might arise! The shop ran out of some of the florals for the bouquet I ordered and they called me quickly to let me know and offered to create a custom bouquet for the same price - and it turned out beautiful!

I brought in the angel wings I wanted used and Elisa did an amazing job with the arrangement, even painted the wings white. The arrangement received many compliments at the funeral services. Wonderful bouquet! Came out EXACTLY as described and pictured. As well, the customer service was excellent. I accidently ordered duplicate bouquet's. When I notified the team, they were able to quickly amend the order and process a refund for the extra bouquet that I did not mean to purchase.

Not happy with my order $45 dollars for 3 small flowers and $20 dollars for 2 small flowers. Wish I could post pictures. What a rip off!
