Such completely incompetent agents here, I had to request to be transferred to another agent. In retaliation 2 days later, they TRIED to get my policy canceled. Do not give your business to these pathetic individuals.

Kyle Lindner insurance agency cold calls complete strangers looking for business. Great business model bud. You should over see those lovely ladies calling folks! I would chose Geico.

Kyle and his staff go out of their way to help get things done. I can reach out to Kyle at anytime and he is on the phone helping me navigate through difficult times. He has been our agent for years and we would not think of going anywhere else. If you want an agent that will work and be there for you Kyle is that person!

I have been with State Farm for over 10 years. Walter has been there for me every step of the way. They make things simple; they will file your claims for you. They are always reevaluating your policies, so that you can get the most out of your plans. They are reachable in person, over the phone, email, and fax. They respond very quickly too; all the staff members are polite, attentive, and eager to assist. They are knowledgeable about all products and services. Go see Walter and his team; you want be let down!

Would not suggest this office as your State Farm office. I’ve had State Farm on and off for over 15 years and this office is by far the worst I’ve worked with. The office staff is incredibly rude. With an office like this you might as well have an online insurance company that you never meet the agent, it will be about the same customer service. The only good thing about this office is that it is State Farm. I would suggest going with a different agent.

Currently have my policy’s through Kyle Lindner’s two offices. The best service by far and I feel like I truly understand my policies.

I was called by Ron from this office to provide me with a quote for car insurance. I told him multiple times in length that I didn't want the monitoring app in my vehicles and explained why. He said he understood and quoted me a price for a policy. I accepted and switched from Geico to State Farm. A week later I get 2 monitors for my cars and multiple emails telling me my price of my policy will go up without these being put in my vehicles. I called the office frustrated and left a message, as no one picked up the phone. Ron calls me back and proceeded to tell me that he must have told me about the monitors and I just forgot or wasn't listening. NOPE, NO SIR, NOT WHAT HAPPENED! I know exactly what was said and what I asked for. Absolutely disgusted by the response I was given and his inability to take responsibility.

Probably the best experience I ever had getting insurance. They provided life insurance for me and made it a great experience. They went through some tough questions to insure my family is taken care of I pass away.

People at this agency are great, can't say as much for State Farm, if you make a change or add a vehicle the payment system gets whacked.
