I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE AMA!

MY 13yr old WAS REFERRED TO THIS DOCTOR WHO TAKES AMERIGROUP, AND THIS MANAGER AND OFFICE IS REFUSING TO SEE MY DAUGHTER WHO IS ON MEDICATION, AND WAS REFERRED BY METHODIST DOCTOR!

TODAY SEPTEMBER 28,2023 I AM FILING A AMA COMPLAINT AND WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDIA, MAYOR, AND WILL BE SUING THIS OFFICE FOR REFUSING TO HELP A MINOR MEDICALLY!

DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE! RECEPTIONIST EVEN LAUGHED AT THE SITUATION!

Professional, likable, gave good feedback and asked second level questions when I see him to be thorough.

I followed Doctor O from a different location he’s an awesome doctor but one thing I hate about this location is that when I have a service need no one ever answers the phone I have been calling to schedule an appt for two weeks and have yet a response! I sat on the phone from 8: 30 am -11: 30 still no answer gave them the lunch hours called back @ 2: 00 the phone rang and rang so I decided I’d drive over while continuing the call I get there no one waiting on the waiting area but I began to speak with a sub-Worker she was very polite and helpful while I’m speaking with her other ladies standing around talking negatively saying well we have an answering service I believe me I know the call center is tired of answering your calls! The responses from the workers were rude and distasteful! Dr. O please hire people who want to work and know how to talk and treat the customers that you service I didn’t like it and I will not be continuing business here at all! Teach and train them to speak directly in contact instead of talking smart behind the walls! This ridiculousness will have you losing a lot of service!

It’s really difficult to come by a great doctor. But Dr Oholendt is not just great. He is the best doctor I’ve EVER had! Every time I come into his office I leave feeling better than when the appointment started. He truly listens to my concerns and will often ask me what I would like to do in order to attain my health goals. He always always sits down to talk to me during our appointments and never rushes through any of my visits. This man truly went into this field to help his patients. I’m so thankful I found him and if you go to his practice you will be, too!

Very patient, always listening to what going on with you and give great advice on how he will treat you. He asked lots of questions to make sure you get the best healthcare.
