Amazing experience. I had my vehicle serviced here about a month ago. Everything is still functioning well. TJ was great from the very beginning. I called to explain to him the problem and he was able to give me an exact quote over the phone. Throughout the entire process he communicated with me and explained every step to get my car functioning. I brought in a vehicle that wouldn’t shift into gear and left with a vehicle that runs smoothly. He changed out the transmission and catalytic converters on my Mercedes. I can’t say enough about the good work. I will definitely use this shop again. I highly recommend.

I read most of the reviews about the services with L & M Muffler & Brake and other Muffler shops. Picked up three. Called the first shop yesterday and was told it will cost me over 2k to replace my 20yrs old car exhaust. I told her the quote was too much and she said just bring it in the morning and I'll check it to see exactly how much I'll charge you. I accepted but didn't go there after spending hours researching "how to replace an exhaust and cost". This morning I called the second Muffler shop and no one answered the call. I then called L & M Muffler and asked to speak to T J as recommended in the reviews. He picked the phone, I told him what the problem was and asked for a quote. He understood what the problem is and gave me an estimate which was far far cheap. Took the car to his shop and my exhaust was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I was shocked by how much he charged me. This guy is very professional, very affordable, and is genuinely a good person. I say this because as I sate in the office, one guy came with a BMW and wanted oil change. T J didn't only politely tell him no but explained why doing so will damage his BMW down the line. T J recommended he takes it to a BMW dealership and even gave him a card. If T J was not a good person, he would have done the oil change as the BMW guy insisted. I'll recommend L & M Muffler & Brake to anyone and will return anytime I have any issue with my car.
